Dear Nanci,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with an update on your continuing litigation.
I’m glad that you were able to locate the information on who prepared the Certification of
Trust, and apologize that I had not been aware that it was contained in a Pleading filed by
Goodsill Anderson Quinn and Stifel who represented us in the matter. Furthermore,
although the Goodsill firm’s name may appear at the top of an affidavit signed by Mr.
Jones, all information contained in such Affidavit would have been provided by Mr. Jones.

Aloha and have a wonderful day!

Dear Penelope:

As an FYI you included the Certification of Trust prepared in 2004 by Robert Jones with
your papers asking to withdraw as the co-trustee with the Elvin Meek 1996 Trust along
with an affidavit prepared by your office wherein Jones declares he prepared the
Certification of Trust. Perhaps you shouldn't be so quick to dismiss an inquiry without
researching the question when it is first posed to you.

Also as an FYI I wanted to attach the following link to an article recently published about
Robert Grigger Jones. Perhaps now you will have some insight into his character and
understand why we have suspected fraud as far as the preparation of the 1st Amendment
and the 2nd Amendment to our father's trust.

A former Mayor of Atascadero includes in the forum postings included below article a letter
he received from Robert Grigger Jones in 2008 calling me "an unbalanced individual" I
have been told by other's who have come forward that Robert Jones was calculating in
portraying me in an unfavorable light.

Since the Bank of Hawaii is a respected institution I would assume you as their counsel
would have seen through any personal slants which may have been presented during the
course of our litigations.

Our recent forensic findings show the 1st Amendment Jones, in his declaration prepared
and filed by your office, insisted was signed 3 days later in California is a forgery and have
also learned the 1st Amendment filed with the court by Mr. Jones and signed in Hawaii at
the Bank of Hawaii is not the same document.

I spoke with your notary Susan Strong a few years back when she provided me with a
page out of her notary book and yes we agree there was a document signed and recent
revelations and documents obtained will confirm the 1st Amendment Jones insists was
signed in Hawaii is not the same document.

I feel it is only fair to keep you apprised and informed since the Bank of Hawaii could be
liable for any misconduct. It is also my understanding from the Federal Reserve
representatives that the complaint we filed in February of this year is still active. Also we
are continuing to litigate our trust case most recently asking for Elizabeth Meek to be
removed as Trustee and that the court recognize the original 1996 Elvin R Meek trust as
the true and accurate document.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss the contents of this e mail, feel free to
call me at the number listed below. I look forward to hearing from you.
