Program Highlights
The estimated cost of worker stress to U.S. business annually is $300 Billion. These costs come in
the form of accidents, conflict and violence, reduced productivity, increased health care utilization,
employee turnover, absenteeism, and employee litigation. Too often, intervention comes only after a
tragic and costly episode from which businesses recover slowly. This presentation will provide
attendees with low-cost, practical, effective, empirically based strategies and policies for creating
workplaces that will reduce stress and conflict and increase productivity and job satisfaction.
