Melissa Whyman Schoology Success Our school just decided that all teachers are to use the Schoology LMS in their classrooms. This was quite a shock to most teachers. We were given 2 hours of training on how to use Schoology and then an email from our Principal with his requirements for all teachers to use it. My goal is to be able to help train staff on the uses of Schoology in their classrooms. I want to be able to give them 1:1 support as well as group training sessions. I would also like to create How To Documents/Videos to help the staff if they want to work alone but need guidance. I will give a pre-survey and a post survey to assess the success of this Leadership project. My hope is that with the help of my trainings and support the staff will feel confident and successful in the use of Schoology in their classrooms. I will be creating a website where I will house my proposal, Leadership report, hours, and link to my How To documents/ videos.

Deliverables Identify product planned for submission. You must at least have a project report for use also in your portfolio but you may also have other products, such as training materials, curricula, websites, etc. that you will produce as well. I have had a rough start to my internship due to difficulties with my administration on follow through and need. I have been gathering data and ideas for this project all year. My current time frame is January-April. I will be doing the bulk of the Leadership during this time. Since August, I have been documenting my hours with Schoology and related trainings and research.
