We are currently looking to fill the following position and can offer an
excellent salary and benefits package.
Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) Engineer
The Condition Based Monitoring Engineer will support the Maintenance
Department to ensure machinery is readily available to meet operational
requirements in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner. The successful
candidate will provide a service to monitor and advise through trouble-
shooting and problem solving, on equipment condition and ultimately the
reliability of the Terminal assets.
You should have a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, and strong
experience of CBM Technologies within the Oil and Gas Industry. Knowledge
and experience of machinery vibration standards (ISO standards), on-line and
off-line vibration monitoring systems, lubrication management, instrumentation
and data processing techniques is essential, while Supervisory experience
would be beneficial.

PUBLIC AUDIT (WALES) ACT 2004 SECTION 26(4)
In accordance with Section 26(4) of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004, Pembrokeshire County
Council, having considered at an Extraordinary Meeting of the Council on 14 February 2014, a
Report in the Public Interest issued by the Appointed Auditor in relation to Senior Officers` Pay
and Pensions, is required to publish in a local newspaper circulating in its area, a written
summary of the decisions made by the Council in response to the Report or its
Recommendations.
The four Recommendations contained in the Report were:
1. The Council should rescind the decision and withdraw the current option for
senior staff, stopping any future payments.
2. If the Council decides to take a new, lawful decision it must address the procedural
weaknesses identified in this report and ensure that it demonstrates lawful exercise
of discretion in setting reasonable remuneration and its responsibilities under the
Public Sector Equality Duty.
3. The Council should, if payments are to be lawfully made in the future, clearly
demonstrate that the amount paid complies with any Senior Staff Committee
decision.
4. The Council should make an appropriate disclosure in the 2012-13 financial
statements and arrange for the Corporate Governance Committee to re-approve
the financial statements.
Having considered the Report and its Recommendations, the Council resolved to receive the
Report and to accept its four Recommendations, acknowledging that withdrawing the option
for senior staff and stopping any future payments creates contractual issues.

side of the Range and is open to the public on Non-fring days. Please
keep to the road and footpath which is marked by white Posts. All other
areas of the Range are OUT OF BOUNDS to the public.
Red fags (Red lights by night) will be displayed whenever the Range is active.
UNAUTHORISED ACCESS
WARNING - During non-fring times, the Range Danger Area is patrolled
by serving military staff and in addition, troops under training are
briefed to challenge any civilians they see on the range.
The MoD will not tolerate unauthorised access within the danger area
and appropriate action will be taken using both civilian and MoD police
forces.
Note that fring programmes may change and cancellations may take
place without notice. Please ring 01646 662367 from 08:00 Daily, to
hear the fring programme.
