The Ball Mastery is used as a warm up exercise, the players are dribbling the ball up and down for about 10 minutes with a 1minute rest. Start handling the ball with the right leg first and later the left, the players should use the outer feet to push the ball forward following the direction of the arrows.

Shooting Exercise

Ball Shooting As Demonstrated (for player are needed to demonstrate this exercise. A goal keeper, defender, striker, and a midfielder to pass the ball to the striker) The striker have to make a deceptive move by running to the left or right of the cone, that will lead the defender to follow and the ball passer / midfielder will pass the ball in the opposite direction. The striker have to make a u-turn run pass the defender to go get the ball in the open space for him to shoot towards the goal post.

Diamond Shape Display As Demonstrated (Black solid arrows-players movement and broken arrows-Movement of the ball)

The exercise begins with 5 players, the ball have to start moving from the cone which have two players on its position. The player have to pass the ball to the second player positioned in the blue middle cones and he moves as the arrow displays. The middle player have to pass the ball back the player who passed the ball to him in the first place. See the movement of the ball by following the arrow for ball movement. The ball is further passed to the third player who moves with the ball as indicated by the arrows. The first ball passer will switch position with the middle player. The ball has to be passed to the new middle player and he will pass it back as by direction and then the ball will be released to the fourth player who have to move with the ball and later release it to the fifth player to begin the process once more.
