Lead Management Overview


Locate Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services will work together in ensuring leads are transferred and updated.

Locate Real Estate (LRE) will qualify leads to the best extent possible through its Concierge service prior to distribution to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (BH)
LRE will send leads as formatted emails to BH The BH client services team will accept the warm lead as another lead source in their existing process BH will assign the lead to an agent and inform LRE of the assignment BH will update LRE if the lead moves forward in the search process, establishing an open line of communication between the sales agent and the Locate Concierge
