Baker then ga.e the staff manager my name. !his telephone call was not in any attempt to ser.e me with process of any documents, as she ne.er stated in the se.eral calls to me or any of the managers that she was ser.ing me documents. = contend that Denise A. Baker ha.e taken this course of conduct because of se.eral reasons? Airst, = ha.e made complaints against her to the $n.ironmental Health Department about the li.ing condition of the duple< = rent from Dense A. Baker, coupled with me being a witness in a ci.il action that ha.e been brought by Denise A. Baker>s sibling in a property dispute.
