JOB DESCRIPTION

a. Auto Normal Working Conditions 1. This item separator system operates automatically. 2. Plant can work by pressing the START button and can be stopped after pressing the STOP. 3. When the start button is pressed, the conveyor 1 and 2 will be ON, the solenoid valve 1 will open a can of paint and will go down to the conveyor 1. 4. 1st conveyor would carry item through the sensor metal before directed with solenoid valve 2 and 3. 5. If the paint can is made of metal, then the solenoid 2 will work and it will fall into the metal option then will be sent to the conveyor 2. 6. If the paint can is not made of metal, then the solenoid 3 will work and it will fall into the no metal option then will be sent to the conveyor 2. 7. After passing through the sensor metal the cans will go to the color sensor in the conveyor 2. 8. The color sensor used to detect the color of paint that is represented by the paint can lid. Colors are detected, there are three colors: White,Red,Blue,Yellow,Green and Black 9. Item will be directed to use solenoid valve heading into existing packaging conveyor 2, including: a. If the item is White and the can not made of metal, then the item will be sent to the first place in the packaging conveyor 2. b. If the item are Red and the can not made of metal, then the item will be sent to second place in the packaging conveyor 2. c. If the item is Blue and the can not made of metal, then the item will be sent to the third place in the packaging conveyor 2. d. If the item are Yellow and the can made of metal, then the item will be sent to the fourth place in the packaging conveyor 2. e. If the item are Green and the can made of metal, then the item will be sent to the fifth place in the packaging conveyor 2. f. If the item are Black and the can made of metal, then the item will be sent to the sixth place in the packaging conveyor 2. 10. When in 120 seconds no cans that pass through the sensor counter number of cans are sorted, then the process will work OFF, and return to the no.2 squence.

b. Manual Normal Working Conditions 1. If the P1 button is pressed, it will be ON conveyor 1. In the manual condition of the conveyor will be ON if the P1 button is pressed, if released it will conveyor OFF 2. If the P2 button is pressed, the conveyor 2 will be ON. In the manual condition of the conveyor will be ON if the P2 button is pressed, if released it will conveyor OFF Work Disorders Conditions 1. If the motor overload conveyor 1, then the process will stop working, and will be ON buzzer with interval

2. If the motor overload conveyor 2, then the process will stop working, and will be ON buzzer with interval

3. If the number of cans of paint that reject already reached 100, the buzzer will be ON the interval

4. Within 120 seconds if no paint cans paint cans through a sensor timer that will be sorted, then the buzzer will be on continuously.
