BUSINESS STRUCTURE
BUSSINESS DESCRIPTION The business idea is to start an online store for selling T-shirts; the business will be called CricketkaDoze which is an umbrella brand of Yazdani. The t-shirts will have unique cricket related designs. Mission Statement (Yazdani) The mission of YAZDANI is to revolutionize the clothing in Pakistan by providing the new and unique designs with the cultural style. Mission Statement (Cricketkadoze) If you are a cricket fan then CricketKaDoze is for you and you only. Take your daily dozes of cricket with CricketKaDoze. The basic idea of the business is to sell t-shirts but the designs will be our USP as there is no other t-shirt retailer or online store in the market who serve in this particular idea. Our idea is to design t-shirts which will have designs relating to cricket terms, jargons and some great quotes related to cricket and t-shirts will also feature great player from all around the world. As cricket is very vast game and is itself a subject of sports so there is no limitation for our designs.The cloth material will also be of superior export quality. Moreover the website for this purpose will also be unique in itself as we will provide our customers a pleasant and easy buying environment; they can easily search and select the t-shirt they want. But the exciting feature of the website is the custom design software, the website is equipped with this great feature of allowing the customers to feel free and design their own t-shirt and order it as well. The customer has to sign-up by filling a short form and then they can roam around the website and buy anything they like. We will be serving a niche market as our design is for the cricket fans but as Pakistani nation is a great fan of cricket so we have a greater segment in this niche market to serve. BUSINESS ORGANIZATION CricketKaDoze will be organized as a Limited Liability Corporation and an umbrella brand of Yazdani called CricketKaDoze. This business organizational structure was chosen because a Limited Liability Corporation generally limits liability of the owners per articles of organization, can be owned by a corporation, and has legal status. We will do business as CricketKaDoze.

Our search of existing trademarks indicates that there are no trademark restrictions on our name. We will trademark our name Yazdani. MANAGEMENT TEAM Our team will consist of 3 members named Maryam tahir , nabila mukhtar and komal mehmood. We are doing our BBA hons from University of education okara campus. As this is the first experience for all of us to engage in business activity so it will be a great experience and adventure for all of us to run it. Each of us will be looking and managing the business with different skills set.. LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS The business is located on an online store as well as on the Facebook Page. The customer can reach us from the Facebook page by giving us there contact details and then our customer support will contact them and finalize their orders, once the order is finalized then the sales team will deliver it in 3 to 5 working days. We will be delivering in okara for the first 6 months and then afterwards we will start delivering in multiple cities as per the requirement of orders. The website requires customer to sign-up so that they can buy again and again without any trouble, the form is short asking only contact details and shipping address, once the customer order a t-shirt our CS team will contact them and ask for any other specification or changes they might need and then the t-shirt will be delivered to them.

THE MARKET
THE PRODUCT Following will be the product range of our company.

Our product will feature unique designs and messages for cricket fans and casual wearers, the first phase will be called the version 1.0 of CricketKaDoze which will consist of 10 initial designs relating to cricket only. Some of those designs are. o DOOSRA (featuring Saeed Ajmal) o I love to give the finger o Great catch o These are not hits, these are scud missiles (featuring Shahid Afridi) o Will you do the fielding for me?

Version 2.0 will have 5 new cricket related designs and 5 special random designs. After this every 6 to 8 months we will launch 3 to 5 new designs in both category which splits into further more diverse categories.

The website graphic user interface will be updated every 6 to 8 month and will have exciting new looks to keep the users attracted, the custom design portion of the website will be available after 6 months of launch.

We will launch special tees on every big cricket tournament, and also have special shirts for occasion like Ramadan and Eid.

Delivery Service Our delivery service will be available in all the areas of okara . Our delivery service will be available in office hours mainly or on customer request till 9 p.m. MARKET TRENDS Our business is related to garments and textile industry of Pakistan, the industry has faced drastic hurdles during the last 5 to 8 years but still the market has stable itself and the manufacturers of the textile products are still doing best with what they have. The following paragraph depicts the current situation of Pakistans textile industry. Pakistan is the 8th largest exporter of textile products in Asia. This sector contributes 9.5% to the GDP and provides employment to about 15 million people or roughly 30% of the 49 million workforce of the country. Pakistan is the 4th largest producer of cotton with the third largest spinning capacity in Asia after China and India, and contributes 5% to the global spinning capacity.At present, there are 1,221 ginning units, 442 spinning units, 124 large spinning units and 425 small units which produce textile products. But still many of the textile owners and manufacturers have shifted to other neighboring countries due to the excessive shortage of electricity and gas.

Textile industry of Pakistan has great potential which has shown by the new and emerging businesses in this sector, although these businesses are in retail sector but this has also helped manufacturer to grow their business as well. The retail business includes all kind of men and women apparels. T-shirts are considered to be an easy to wear item in punjab and in most urban areas of Pakistan, and in the survey conducted we found to that most of the boys and girls in universities like to wear t-shirts quite a few times in a week. Most of them wear daily, not only the survey but the increasing business in this sector indicates that there is potential for more in the market and with unique designs and excellent quality you can capture a fair market share. With the technological advancement this market has grown at a significant pace, with increasing online stores customers are at ease to buy from their home and save their time, and if they are given an environment to select or custom design their own idea you can grab a big share. THE TARGET MARKET The target market of CricketKaDoze is the niche middle and upper class market segment. The segment will be attracted by our quality of t-shirt, new and unique designs, website features and competitive pricing. We will have two groups in the target market, one will be the fans of cricket irrespective of their age and gender, and we will attract this group by giving them the exclusive cricket relating designs which they will like surely as cricket is the part of their life. The second is the general youth of university campuses and college students, the reason why we have separated them from the other group is that this group also consist those who dont usually play or watch cricket but likes to try some new catchy designs, there are also seasonal cricket fans mostly girls who like the big names of Pakistan cricket and we will cater them by exclusive designs of these cricketers as well.

THE COMPETITION Our analysis indicates a viable and competitive marketplace. There are many wholesalers and retailers in the market but very few online stores who are operating in this line of business. Our close competitors areTeeType (www.TeeType.com) and thet-shirtcompany (www.thetshirtcompany.com.pk), these

businesses are located online and has been operating for more than 2 years now. Both have different range of T-shirts and designs and both caters more or less the same target market as ours which is the youth, they usually express comic designs or casual statements or their t-shirt features political figures.

Indirect competition comes from Daraz.Pk and other many online stores dealing in different kinds of apparel. To compete CricketkaDoze has to take advantage of their own unique designs and their competitors weaknesses. Our designs are our USP and this will give us a great advantage over the competitors, also the competitors work in different kinds of designs which are diverse. CricketKaDoze will provide the highest quality T-shirts with printed designs that will last for years to compete with the rest in the market.We will utilize only quality suppliers and venders. Our products and services will be equal or better than those of our competitors. The pricing of direct competitors is in the Rs. 800 to Rs. 1200 range.The price range of CricketkaDoze will be generally lower than those of our competitors. We feel our pricing strategy will enable us to effectively enter, compete and grow market share in this marketplace. THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES Our competitive advantage is and will always be our unique designs, great quality and competitive prices. There is no one in the market, whether in the online market or the wholesalers in the physical market are providing these kinds of designs, and as our survey indicated that many liked the idea of launching such designs and many already has booked the sample designs shown to them. Another competitive advantage is our online store, it has been noted that the competitors websites are a bit heavy to load on a slow speed internet connection as well as their website does not have a very friendly environment to shop or browse for the product, we will provide a very easy to load and browse website in any browser with limited internet speed and will have a very friendly environment to shop. One another competitive advantage is that we have a unique design range but we will extend our designs by launching some other casual wear designs as well for the non-lovers of cricket, this cannot be done by the competitors as they are already working in the casual design range.

MARKETING & SALES STRATEGY


PRICING AND POSITIONING Our primary pricing objective will be to capture, build, and maintain market share. We will be entering highly competitive online apparel and garment store market.Our pricing will need to be sensitive to the expectations of our customers. We will, therefore, need to position our prices to attract this niche market segment. Our pricing will also be Mark-up driven.We will need to employ a flexible pricing mechanism that will allow us to reflect competition and market conditions. At the same time, we will be selective in our offerings of T-

shirt designs. We will choose only those designs that will allow us to support sound profit margins.This pricing approach has also been incorporated into our financial projections. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION There are time tested advertising strategies employed by the industry. They are, of course, utilized in varying degrees with levels of sophistication tailored to the targeted markets. CricketKaDoze will primarily employ the following advertising mediums: Digital Media, Stall marketing, coupons, flyers around the various universities and facebook Marketing campaign. Our marketing message will need to reflect the demands of the target customer we are trying to attract, for that purpose we will do product Photography, a short commercial and a song that will urge the feeling for cricket in the customers and when the customer will visit the website the song will automatically play in the background and customer can also stop it if they want.

SALES& DISTRIBUTION Sorting order timely and delivering it before customer expectation is a great marketing tool to use and technique to apply, we will be using this strategy from the very beginning of our venture, as soon as the customer order a T-shirt, we will have a printout copy of it and then we will contact the customer for further specifications such as the accurate size and color, and after that we will deliver it to the customer in 3 to 5 working days and in the office hours, in special cases we will delivering the orders till 9 P.M. SWOT ANALYSIS

Strength: Our biggest strength is our designs that we will be using on T-shirts, we have designed our tags using various graphic software. Our T-shirt will be of superior quality, we will not compromise on the cloth stuff and that will become our strength in the long run. Weakness: Inexperience is the major weakness as we haven`t engaged in any business activity before and this can be created into cumbersome problem. We are only serving our customer from a single website and has no other resources to get in contact with our customer so in future if the website goes down due to problem in the network server so that could put a major impact on our sales. Opportunity: As our website can be accessed from anywhere in the world so we could have a great market in other cricket playing countries. Upcoming international and domestic tournaments as well as local cricket tournaments are and will always be considered as an opportunity. Sponsorship of university level tournaments is another opportunity for us.

Threat: Cricket is a game not a property of anyone. So this idea of cricket designs can be copied at any time in the future because we can sue if someone copy specifically our designs we can`t sue if someone copys the idea. If the vendors increases the prices of our shirts and printing cost so we can`t immediately raise the prices of shirts and that could hinder our profit margin.

FINANCIAL PLAN
FORECASTED OPERATING BUDGET There will be no salaries or distribution of profit between us for 1 year. Annual subscription fee is Rs.3500 which will be paid in month of July before the launch of website which will be paid yearly on month of July, there is no rent expense because we will be using our homes as warehouses and our business is online. The utility expense is related to the calling expense, The initial expense of Rs. 200 in month of march is linked with obtaining information about the t-shirts, raw material, design printing. There is no

expenses April, the expense in May includes the purchasing of Sim for business purpose including balance of Rs.1000; we estimated that our calling expenses will be Rs. 200/ month starting from the month of June. The splitting of advertisement cost are as follows:

The mega event of cricket the T20 world cup is in April so for that we will start our marketing and promotional campaign in month of March to cash that event and similarly we will launch exclusive Ramadan designs in the month of June to extend our product range. The selling expense include the fuel expense for delivery service and picking inventory from the vendor, the expense increased in the month of May-June and September-October because we expect our sales to increase due to the hype of the tournament which is Champions Trophy and South Africas tour of Pakistan as well as the tournament that we will sponsor in the month of September. There will be no expenses for office supplies as we will be operating from our home based computers and printers Other cost includes the purchasing of dummy.

Our markup is about 122% on each T-shirt. The boom in sales projection in the month of June, September and in January is because of the extensive marketing campaign, tournament sponsorships and launching of new designs, also the major cricket tournaments or series are being played in these months. The sales projection indicates that the company has the potential to grow in the market segment.

All receipts and disbursement are in cash and the beginning balance is of 55,000 in the month of March, which is distributed in the ratio of 2:2:1 among the three partners. The ending balance at year end is projected at Rs 193,150 FORECASTED BREAK-EVEN ANALYSIS The breakeven point will be reached at 17 units in the first month of business where the sales will gradually increase and the cost drops.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The growing online business in Pakistan has given a great boost to the textile industry as their various online stores working mainly on selling apparels; this sector has great potential and has shown significant increase in past 2 years.

To take advantage of this growing sector we have planned to launch an online store to sell T-shirt product named CricketKaDoze which will be an umbrella brand of Yazdani. We will be launching various designs relating to cricket that will feature various cricketers and other cricketing terms. Our aim is to provide customers a different perspective of looking at the game, cricket has been only a game to the people but with our product it will be much more to them, it will create the love and respect for the game as well as become the part of live for many. Our designs is our competitive advantage, as there are various sellers of T-shirt online and offline offering numerous designs and tags but our design will give us a great edge over these normal designs, our tags will be related to cricket only and will use various cricket terms to catch the customers eye at first glance. Our target market is niche which we have divided into two segments, one is those who watch and understand cricket will eventually understand the meaning and message of our T-shirt and the other arethose who will be captured through the attractiveness and uniqueness of the designs. This concept of T-shirt designs using cricketing term has not been used by anyone in the market and will be a great test for us and the customer as well, as they would like to see something new all the time. our advertisement includes a song to promote the product as well as we will use various other sources of advertisement to promote this all the time. Our projected sales for the first year of operation are Rs.130,150 and the current market survey and situation has indicated that we will achieve our target without any difficulties. We will be using various financial control techniques to track the operation of the business all the time and for that we have assigned duties between the management team of our business. The company is a Limited Liability Corporation and will consist of 3 partners and a total of 6 members in the management team to effectively and efficiently run the business.Local business licenses and other regulatory requirements will also be satisfied. Our operation will be highly efficient. They will employ such time tested industry techniques as: par sheets, inventory controls, and multiple spreadsheets to allow us to do the majority of the accounting ourselves with ease. Our pricing objective is to give customer a great choice of wearing a high quality T-shirt with reasonable and affordable prices, the price range of other product in this category is between Rs. 800-1200 and we will be using a markup strategy and keep up to 75% markup only.

The total startup business cost is estimated to be Rs. 55000 divided among the partners in the ration of 2:2:1, this estimate include the cost of website, t-shirt and their printing and some other preliminary cost that are necessary to kick start a business.
