MOTION TO SEAL EXHIBITS A-1, B-1 AND D-1 OF DOCKET ENTRY NO. 27 Come now the Plaintiffs, by counsel, and hereby move the Court to seal certain Exhibits (Exhibits A-1, B-1 and D-1 of Docket Entry No. 27), which were filed with the Court on April 21, 2014, and in support hereof state that Exhibits A-1, B-1 and D-1 of Docket Entry No. 27 contain Social Security numbers and birth dates which were inadvertently not redacted in accordance with Rule 5.2 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. To protect the privacy of this information, these documents should be ordered filed under seal by the Court. Plaintiffs will separately file redacted copies of these documents for the public record. WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs request that Exhibits A-1, B-1, and D-1 of Docket Entry No. 27, as set forth herein, be sealed by the Court, and for all further relief appropriate in the premises.
