This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin No. 1 is issued to modify items in the Bidding Documents for the Rehabilitation and Cooling System of the COA Cultural and Sports Center. This shall be an integral part of the Bidding Documents. 1. As requested by the prospective bidders who attended the Pre-Bid Conference on February 19, 2014, and as unanimously agreed upon between them, and concurred by the Technical Working Group (TWG) and BAC Members, the revised specifications shall be adopted: Page Item No. No. 71 II.
