1) National courts are bound by decisions of the European Commission and European courts regarding EU competition law in order to ensure legal certainty and uniform application of EU law.
2) National courts cannot contradict decisions made by the Commission and must avoid decisions that conflict with decisions the Commission is contemplating.
3) There is an obligation of sincere cooperation between national courts and the Commission/European courts in applying EU competition rules. National courts must examine whether interim measures are needed to safeguard parties pending the Commission's final judgment.
