This web page uses multiple studies to make points on how humans are predisposed to believe in God. The article states that adults tend to search for meaning. The article goes into detail on how there is belief there is a portion of the brain that a part of the brain is attributed for religious thoughts and feelings. The article also states that religion help people coexist. According to a mentioned study people who believe in the supernatural are more charitable. The article also states how religion can cause a divide in people, due to a difference in beliefs.

James Emery White Pastors and Evolution (NO DATE AVAILABLE) This web page featured an article on Protestant pastors. The article gave insight on to Protestant Pastors beliefs. Of the 1000 surveyed 72% did no believe in evolution, with 64% of those people strongly not agreeing. 82% percent of pastors also did believe Adam and Eve were people, with 74% strongly agreeing. However less than half believe the earth is 6,000 years old. 1 in 5 pastors admit they believe most of their congregation believes in evolution. Also only a third of pastors even teach evolution or creation.

In this video clip Brad Harrub gives his opinion on whether a Christian Can Believe in Evolution. According to Joshua 10:14 there was only one occasion where God stretched out time, which makes the theory that God created evolution impossible in accordance with the story of Genesis. He also states how in Mark 10:6 and throughout the Bible the story of Genesis mentioned. This further proves the idea that the story of Genesis and creation are actual, and not just tales.

James C. McKinley Split Outcome in Texas Battle on Teaching of Evolution January 23, 2009 This web page featured an article on a recent change in mandate in Texas school education. Prior to the decision Texas schools were suppose to explore other theories than evolution including creationism as well as showing the possible flaws in the theory of evolution. The new decision now will require students to study evolution in depth and as the truth. The article mentions how many people who voted against the decision are upset as they do not believe in evolution and believe it should not be taught without showing any drawbacks.

However, 68% of White Catholics believe humans evolved, which is greater than the total percentage of adults that believe humans evolved. White Catholics however are split

50-50 in belief that God guided evolution. Over 2/3rds of white Evangelic Protestants believe that God guided evolution. This web page features an article on the findings of a new study on science and religion. The study that was done by Rice University surveyed more than 10,000 Americans. The study found that half of evangelicals believe that science and religion can coincide. The study mentioned also found that 18 percent of scientists attended weekly religious services versus 20 percent of US population. It also found that almost 36 percent of scientists have no doubt in Gods existence. On top of this it found 27 percent of Americans believe science and religion are in conflict. This study showed that most people believe science and religion can work together. The study also showed that even many scientists have faith in God.
