You would thinb globally, their would be more countries that have Labor Unions, but theirs not. Even though there are some countries that have internet ac,cess tlut would allow them to find out about these Labar Unions and give them the idea of starting one themselves; however their traditions and culture are so deeply impeded in their psyche that to lbnn a Union would be considered revolutionary.

In today's society are workers are well protected by the Labor Unions. When are Labor Unions see something is rrrong they have the rights to go in and change it. What Labor Unions don't knor*'is there are still rnaily rrrcngs that can be changed by them. For example, in other countries, if a mother has a chiid they get up to at least six months paid Maternity leave. Not only that but the father also get apatd leave called Patemity leave. In America us women only get six weeks Matemity leave and the fathers don't get any time off at all. For mothers this is bad because they will soon have to put their children into Day Care Centers that will give their children horrible illnesses. Fcr the fathers they won't be able to bond with theirchild as much.
The Labor Unions have the power to change this. If Labor Unions won't give us exfa Maternity leave then {:ey should at least tr:'and get us a special Day Care Offer Another thing that would be nice is if we could get some sort of bonus for working with a certain company for at least twenty years other than a retirement. Because I don't think its fair that you can work with a company for forly years and still not get anything as a thank you for being loyal and stoking with them. Now-a-days Labor Unions in the U.S.A have the power to chaage things to make life for the worker a little mor fair. If they fitly have this right then they should start doing some changing becaus compared to the other counfies we still got some ways to go. Labor Unions have shorvn to be important influences to iraprove the lives of workers.
