has increased in the United States over the time but also worldwide. The entire society has a conflict in getting jobs, education cots, living cost, and other expenses which have put population into serious circumstances worldwide. In the United States, 3.5 million people experience homelessness each year. The national poverty rate has increased to 13.2% which means that this percentage of the population experience poverty which leads to homelessness. Homelessness and hunger have had a huge impact in our society. The populations have experienced poverty for a variety of reasons. One of the major reasons in this case, is the opportunity to find a job with a desirable wage earning in order to meet with the required obligations. To start with, the word homeless is used as a description of the conditions of people in need. It is also describes the way people cannot afford, economically, the basic necessities of their families which include to providing food, clothing, medical, housing, and others expenses. Based on it, the people who are homeless are individuals who are unable to continue living in houses due to economic and social situations. Basically, the main reason is the

economic situation because the population cannot afford housing due to their low-income. In this case, they are forced and obligated to live in the street, park, or even inside their car without having their owns need such as food, shelter, etc. completely met. Unfortunately, the population of poverty is going to increase as time moves on if a solution is not found soon. For that simple reason, a call of action has to be made in order to change the world and to end poverty or at least try because society should have the same benefits and rights for all the population not only the wealthy. Besides that, it is important for our society to care about our countrys economic and political issues. As a result of not having help provided, homeless people are passing through many risks and conditions such as not having the benefits they need such as food, health care, shelter, and basic needs met. Consequently, the homeless population passes through many mental, physical, and health problems. Although the population that lives in poverty, such as homeless people and people who live in constant hunger have a limited help provided it by shelter, donations, and foundations, it is not enough to help those in need. There are also times in which these shelters have certain requirements or rules such as providing primarily help care for children and mother not father in some cases. By pointing this out, it is clear that there is limited help provided to the homeless population which is based on how the occupation of the shelter, donations, and foundation for help are offered. It must also be taken into consideration that help provided by others are critical to meeting such needs of those who are considered homeless.

In addition, in order to end homelessness in the United States it is important to propose a solution to the problem of the homelessness and hunger population which could be to offer those people a permanent home, education, job, and prestige. A solution would be to contribute funds for the construction of shelters located in different locations for them to live at as well as offering food, shelter, and health care. A second solution would be based on constructing a foundation or organization to save funds to pay the expenses in the shelter and also to help with counseling and guiding the homeless people to find a desirable job to help them become independent and suitable to offer their family a better place to lives and a better world. A third and last solution would be to make a campaign for the government to improve the support system and have affordable health care program for those people who cannot afford to pay it because of the low-income as well as because of the lack of money due to the increase of unemployment. The government should also offer those people in need a desirable job based on their experiences I order to earn a desirable wage amount to support their families and themselves as well. To summarize, people should consider proceeding with one of the plan solutions to end and prevent the homelessness population from increasing because it would benefit society by improving the economic, political, and social system in the country. As a result of this, the country would increase economically over the years. Also, this plan would prevent disease issues because of the health care that would be provided. In fact, the government and society should offer the necessary help to end and prevent the homelessness from being in hunger in the United States. Pointing this, it would prove that society have equal rights and benefits. Also, It would help those people in need to feel that the government and the society itself care about the country and the population. It is an important way to make them feel safe and loved, but also the most important issue is to help them to stop suffering and feel protected. As a matter of fact, the importance in this case is to call for action. By pointing this out, it is important to find the best solutions, as well as, the help of others to accomplish it. The solutions are based on contributing to making brochure, letters, signs, report and other calls for action from others to help in the contribution for funds and donations. The funds and donations are going to be used for the construction of the shelter homes and to provide the basics needs for the homeless such as food and clothing. The collaboration of the public in the foundation, could be to volunteer by helping to provide counseling and guidance help, as well as to help them to find desirable jobs for them and to become independent so that they can offer their families a better place to live and a better life..
