I am a self-motivated hard worker. I have excellent people skills. I have been working with people on a personal basis for over 15 years as a massage therapist. I also have supervisor skills from my time working as a cashier. My passion lies with medicine though as I am currently in studying at Salt Lake Community College to get my Associates of Science with a focus on Chiropractic School.

EXPERIENCE

General Dynamics Acting Supervisor - 08/07/2013 - Current Tracking employees attendance and adherence to company policies, and creating action plans for individual customer service reps to succeed within the tracking matrix system. I have been using team building exercises to help each customer service rep succeed in enrolling and serving our consumer base.
