in the framework of Intercultural Management Congress

Business Psychology Challenges in Intercultural Dimension

During the Conference we shall undertake to bring together the achievements of different areas of
science and perspectives, which can be a significant element supporting the development of the
output of business psychology.
The main issue to be tackled during the Conference is the nature of the influence of the development
of interculturalism of organizal and social environment upon the psychological mechanisms
important for the effectiveness of business activities.
Proposed subject areas refer to classic business development related issues, however the nature of
the conference is to elaborate on the presented themes from the multicultural organizational and
social environment of business in the following aspects:
- human resources development,
- efficiency , effectiveness and satisfaction of staff,
- mechanisms of building brand image,
- consumer behaviors,
- corporate culture,
- political marketing,
- negotiation strategies and techniques,

Journal of Intercultural Management publication in English only, 10 pts.
Only articles presenting ideas based on empirical findings will be accepted for publication.
In order to maintain the concept of a journal promoting intercultural dimension of management and
facilitating the cooperation of international scientific centers, articles of Polish and foreign authors
will be accepted for publication in 50/50 proportion.

Important: papers from the speakers of the Conference will have the priority to be published, after
being positively reviewed.
With the development of Students who are preparing their first scientific texts in mind, we are
planning to publish their achievements in the Annex to the scientific journal Przedsibiorczod i
Zarzdzanie.
Fees:
Participation in the Conference, cost of publication, meals and coffeee service throughout the
Conference: 600 PLN;
Participation in the Conference, cost of publication, meals and coffeee service throughout the
Conference for PhD students: 400 PLN;
Participation in the Conference, cost of publication, meals and coffeee service throughout the
Conference for employees of the University of Social Sciences: 200 PLN;
Participation in the Conference, cost of publication in the Annex, meals and coffeee service
throughout the Conference for students: 100 PLN.
