Step 1: unloading
lift support from vehicule using the yellow
lifting handles, & pose on the ground.
pressure plates are hanged on the side, and
level screws are leveled so they don't touch
the floor since the device is to be pushed into
position.
Step 2: column assembly
columns E to A are slided into place. One
person can do that. Afterwards, the
telescope jack (rack & pinion jack) is
attached to column E (lagerst column below).
The hydraulic bottle jack is carried into the
lifting place.
Step 3: telescopic jacking
once the device is rolled into position, the
telescopic jack is attached to the
rectuangular slots on the top most column.
the column is lifted just enough to insert the
level pin into the hole and secure it. The
operation is repeated over and over until
each of the columns in erected to the
required height. the process is hook the
telescopic jack to the slot on column, lift,
secure with level pin, lower the telescopicu
jack to next slot, and repeat, always starting
from the top column top slot.

Step 4: Positioning and securing
Now that the telescopic column is erected
and secured, the 4 pressure plates are
positioned under the level screws while they
are being leveled, using spirit level bubble.
The device is supposed to be entirely
supported by the 4 level screws for proper
load distribution. the botle jack is positioned
into place under column E. A special device
is clamped/attachd to the column or beam to
be lifted. A secured zone is set around the
repair zone, and all personnel around the job
area are given safety brief.
Step 5: Jacking up
The column is now secured, lifting can start.
The bottle jack gets into work, it is operated
manualy. it can lift the column 145 mm or 5
3/4 Inch. a level pin can be sloted into the
support to further secure the lifting column
while repairs are under way.
Step 6: Packing
After a succesful and safe job, the operators
can lower the jack, then lower the columns
one by one using the rack & pinion jack while
removing the level pins, unsrew the level
screws and pack the pressure plates, push
the whole device to the car and remove the
columns from eachothers, secure the device
inside the vehicule, and go to another job
site.
