Induction Collection
Induction technology has been around for some time, but it has never been applied to plancha until
now. Induction plancha cooking has all the fun with gas plancha, just more versatile. Due to its high
thermal efficiency, cooking plate is heated up to 300 deg C in very short time. The thermostatic con-
trol ensures that cooking temperature is accurately maintained. With such a good plancha, anybody
