had access to the Military Lab where the Anthrax was posted from.

We also look and put under scrutiny the FBI Investigation of this case
and Ask Why the FBI will not investigate this matter properly and
charge those responsible where ever that evidence may lead.

Again as you will see, seems if youre a Zionist Jew these days, you
can go about doing Terrorist like Attacks, you can do anything you
want.

And if people try to prosecute those responsible for carrying out a
crime the Jewish Lobby screams Anti Semite, you hate Jews, Nazi
etc.

When is somebody going to stand up and stay stick it, and hold
these Zionist Jews accountable and responsible for the crimes they
commit in society.

Just because your Jewish why should you get a free pass from
Prosecution and Jail?

For the FBI Americas and The World suppose to be Premier Police
Agency Not to investigate this matter properly, look the other way
because the evidence will prove and point to one person only being
responsible for these attacks is utter corruption at the highest level.

But at the end of the day the joke is on the FBI and American people
it just shows how these Zionist Talmud Jews have taken over
America, they own and run that whole country and are laughing at
the average American as they twist and turn the whole country and
its justice system around to suit them.

Chapter 1
Background and History Behind The Case
Marian Rippy was a participant or observer in the following events:
1991-1992: Possible Link between Racist Harassment at USAMRIID and
Later Anthrax Attacks

In 1991, Ayaad Assaad is a scientist working at USAMRIID, the US
Armys top bioweapons laboratory.

He is a Christian and a long-time US citizen, but he was born in Egypt
and his Middle Eastern background and appearance apparently
bothers some other scientists at USAMRIID.

Around Easter 1991, not long after the Persian Gulf War had ended,
Assaad discovers an eight-page poem in his mailbox.

The poem mocks Assaad, sometimes in crude and lewd terms.

It makes reference to a rubber camel made by some other scientists
in the lab that has numerous sexually explicit appendages.

"Camel Club" - The group behind the camel and the poem refer to
themselves as the Camel Club.

There are at least six members of this group.

Three are known by namePhilip Zack, Marian Rippy, and Charles
Brownbut the names of the others have never been made public.

Complaint - Assaads supervisor at USAMRIID at the time is Col. David
Franz. Assaad will later claim he went to Franz about the poem and
the camel, but Franz kicked me out of his office and slammed the
door in my face, because he didnt want to talk about it.

Two other Arab-Americans, Kulthoum Mereish and Richard Crosland,
also work under Franz and also face harassment from the Camel
Club.

They will join Assaad in later suing USAMRIID and claiming that Franz
was a racist who failed to take any action against the Camel Club,
and then fired all three of them when he got the chance during
layoffs in 1997 (see May 9, 1997).

By the time of the anthrax attacks in 2001, Franz will be a private
consultant on countermeasures to biological and chemical attacks.

Zack leaves USAMRIID in December 1991 after facing allegations of
unprofessional behavior.

Rippy leaves in February 1992.

Investigation - After being ignored by Franz, Assaad files a formal
complaint with the Army. Col. Ronald Williams, commander of
USAMRIID at the time, heads the investigation.

In August 1992, he concludes that Zack and Rippy had been at the
center of the Camel Club and also were having an affair with each
other even though both were married.

Williams formally concludes to Assaad, On behalf of the United
States of America, the Army, and this Institute, I wish to genuinely
and humbly apologize for this behavior. [Salon, 1/26/2002]

However, most of the other members of the Camel Club will still be
working at USAMRIID when Assaad is laid off in 1997 (see May 9, 1997).

Alleged Patsy - An anonymous letter sent just before the real anthrax
attacks are made public in 2001 will say that Assaad is ready to
launch a biological attack on the US (see September 26, 2001 and
October 3, 2001).

Some will later suspect that this letter was an attempt to use Assaad
as a scapegoat for the attacks, and his targeting may have been
related to the Camel Club dispute. [Hartford Courant, 1/20/2002]

Chapter 2

Early 1992: Anthax at USAMRIID Goes Missing;
Possible Link to Potential Patsy for Anthrax
Attacks

[Source: Cornell University] Salon will later call USAMRIID, the US
Armys top bioweapons laboratory at Fort Detrick, Maryland, a
disaster area in the early 1990s.

Government documents paint a chaotic picture of a poorly
managed lab.

One problem is that after the Persian Gulf War ended in early 1991,
USAMRIID phases out some projects that are no longer deemed
important, but certain scientists refuse to quit doing their research.

As a result, some scientists would sneak in after hours and/or on
weekends to secretly continue their work.

Racial Harassment - In addition, there is considerable racial
harassment between some scientists.

A group of about six scientists form a group called the Camel Club
and focus their anger on three Arab-American scientists, especially
one named Ayaad Assaad.

In December 2001, one member of the Camel Club, Philip Zack, is
forced to leave USAMRIID after complaints about his behavior.

Zack had been researching the simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV),
and he continues to sneak back into USAMRIID to secretly continue
his research.

Other scientists let him in, while documents go missing and
specimens are deliberately mislabeled in an attempt to hide
unsanctioned work.

Chapter 3

Anthrax, Ebola Go Missing

Worst of all, it appears some dangerous chemicals are taken out of
USAMRIID, including anthrax. Lt. Col. Michael Langford takes over as
head of USAMRIIDs experimental pathology division in February
1992, and an investigation into the problems there quickly begins.

Langford notices that some scientists are using old specimens of
anthrax to cover up unauthorized experiments with newer anthrax
specimens.

Some of the work being done after hours involves anthrax.

Langford has particular troubles with Marian Rippy, another member
of the Camel Club who is married but having an affair with Zack.

In January 1992, a surveillance camera records Zack being let after
hours by Rippy.

She leaves shortly after Langford takes over.

Around this time, the lab loses track of a total of 27 specimens,
including anthrax and Ebola.

Some scientists believe that some of the specimens could have still
been viable after disappearing.

The Ames strain of anthrax later used in the 2001 anthrax attacks
(see October 5-November 21, 2001) is heavily used at USAMRIID, but it
is unknown if any of the anthrax that is lost is of the Ames strain.

After the 1992 investigation, some problems will continue.

Two scientists who leave USAMRIID in 1997 will say that controls were
still so lax when they left that it would not have been difficult for an
employee to smuggle out biological specimens. [Hartford Courant,

Chapter 4

Connection to Patsy Mooted

Shortly before the 2001 anthrax attacks become publicly known, the
FBI will receive an anonymous letter saying that Assaad could launch
a biological attack on the US (see September 26, 2001 and October 3,
2001).

This will motivate some to speculate Assaad was set up as a patsy,
possibly by his old enemies linked to the Camel Club.

Speculation will particularly focus on Zack due to his unauthorized
lab work after he stopped working there.

Some will suspect a religious angle, guessing from his name that
Zack was Jewish and hated Assaad, a Muslim.

However, Zacks wedding announcement says he was Catholic, and
Assaad is Coptic Christian (see October 3, 2001). [Associated Press,

Please keep all this in mind when reading the evidence now pointing
to Phillip Zack as being the person who mailed the Anthrax to try
and set Assad up as the patsy for the attack.

Chapter 5
THE HIDDEN ANTHRAX LETTERS SUSPECT
The FBI knows of a man who was caught entering the lab where the
Anthrax used in the letters was kept, after he had been fired for a
racially motivated attack on a co-worker.
So, why is the FBI wasting its time with Steven Hatfill?
News Story identifying Dr. Philip Zack as the man caught entering
the Anthrax storage area at Fort Detrick without authorization.
In this story, it is reported that Dr. Zack was caught on a security
tape making an unauthorized entry into the Anthrax storage area.
Foreign press picks up story that Anthrax letters were sent by
American bio-war scientist ... and that the FBI is dragging its feet on
the case.
Chapter 6
FBI'S PRIME SUSPECT ON ANTHRAX LETTERS IS
JEWISH!
No wonder they were dragging their feet.

The time has come to face the unpleasant fact the citizens of the
United States may well be the victims of the most incredible hoax in
history regarding who is really behind the attacks on the World
Trade Towers, the mailing of Anthrax letters to political and media
leaders, and even to doubts that Daniel Pearl's killers are actually
who we have been told they are.
The fact is that evidence presented to the public as to who was
behind 9-11 is largely faked while evidence that links the Israeli
Spy/Phone Tapping Ring to the attacks has been classified by the US
Government itself, as reported in Carl Cameron's four part story on
the spy ring on Fox News (subsequently erased from the mainstream
media's web sites).
"reports that Israel was conducting spying activities in the United
States may have a grain of truth Note the of second paragraph from
the bottom of this story in which a US official admits that even if the
Israelis were running a spy ring in the United States, the information
would be kept from the American people.
The time has come to seriously consider that the American people
are being tricked into a war.
Such things are hardly new.
Recently declassified documents prove beyond all doubt that Pearl
Harbor was not only NOT a surprise, but was the desired result of an
8 step ONI plan written by Arthur H. McCollum and implemented by
Franklin Delano Roosevelt, in order to trick the people of the United
States into a war against Hitler, via the back door of Japan.
And according to Victor Ostrovsky, a former Mossad agent, the
bombing of Libya during the Reagan administration was the result
of a trick played by the Mossad in which a radio transmitter was
smuggled into Tripoli and used to create fake radio messages for the
US to intercept.
The motto of the Mossad is, "By way of deception, thou shalt do
war". The Israeli government has a history of tricking the United
States into attacking their enemies for them. A classic example is the
Lavon Affair.

Chapter 7
THE LAVON AFFAIR
In 1954, Israeli agents working in Egypt planted bombs in several
buildings, including a United States diplomatic facility, and left
evidence behind implicating Arabs as the culprits.
The ruse would have worked, had not one of the bombs detonated
prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to capture and identify one of
the bombers, which in turn led to the round up of an Israeli spy ring.
Some of the spies were from Israel, while others were recruited fro
the local Jewish population.
Israel responded to the scandal with claims in the media that there
was no spy ring, that it was all a hoax perpetrated by "anti-Semites".
But as the public trial progressed, it was evidence that Israel had
indeed been behind the bombing.
Eventually, Israeli's Defense Minister Pinhas Lavon was brought down
by the scandal, although it appears that he was himself the victim of
a frame-up by the real authors of the bombing project, code named
"Operation Susannah."
So now we have the present situation.
Ruined buildings, dead people, Anthrax in the mail.
There is a constant hue and cry to try to blame Arab Muslims by the
Israeli government, which seeks to enlarge its territory (Israel has
invaded every single nation it shares a border with since its creation)
and by the US government, which seeks to grab control of what
remains of the world's oil reserves.
Either through this mutually reinforcing agenda, of perhaps because
of blackmail of our officials by Israel, the US has become Israel's
partner in this hoax, which leads us to the reason for the US to
classify evidence that links Israel's arrested spies with the events of
9-11.

News report on the Israeli spy ring.
History teaches us that since the dawn of the industrial age, all wars
have been started with deceptions and manufactured provocations.
Hitler staged a fake attack from Poland to start WW2.
FDR maneuvered Japan into attacking the fleet at Pearl Harbor then
presented the attack as a total surprise to the American people.
Evidence that 9-11 is another such deception mounts every day.
Almost a year ago, in March 2001, long before the attacks on the
World Trade Towers, while the American people were being
distracted by "All Condit, All The Time", the United States
Government was already informing other nations of plans to invade
Afghanistan in October, 2001.

And, in October 2001, the United States did in fact invade
Afghanistan, right on schedule, which means that the attacks on the
World Trade Towers occurred at just the exact moment when the
United States needed a population angry enough to support a war.

Chapter 8
Have we been hoaxed?
Would someone really sacrifice some buildings (as FDR sacrificed
some ships) to start a war?
Against the $5 trillion worth of oil under the Caspian Sea, the price
of a new World Trade Center in New York is just pocket change, a
cheap price to pay indeed for control of such vast oil reserves, and
an even better deal if the oil under Iraq can be added to the prize
package, especially for a government too deeply in debt to get out
without massive conquests of someone else's resources.
The fact that the Anthrax Letters were NOT sent by an Arab Muslim
but by a Jewish gentleman with the intent to FRAME an Arab Muslim
strongly suggests that the entire sequence of recent events has
been one gigantic frame-up, which would explain again why the US
Government is itself classifying evidence that links some of the
arrested Israeli spies with the events of 9-11.
History may be repeating itself again.
We cannot afford to dismiss the possibility that, once again,
Americans are the victims of a hoax designed to trick them into
sacrificing their wealth and the lives of their children in a war of
someone else's making; a war of the worst kind, war for profit and
empire.
One more lesson from history needs to be repeated. Since the dawn
of the industrial age, the overwhelming majority of wars have been
LOST by the side that initiated them.
Just one more reason for caution.

A pathetic attempt to shift the focus on the Anthrax letters
As most readers are already aware, the Anthrax contained in the
letters sent to Congress was determined to be from a US military
laboratory.
This raised the question in the public's mind as to who, inside a US
facility, would be playing games with Anthrax.
Suspicion focused on Dr. Ayaad Assaad, an Egyptian scientist working
at Fort Detrick, based on an anonymous letter.
Because Dr. Assaad's race fit in perfectly with the agenda of sparking
a war into Arab lands rich in oil, the media ballyhooed that the FBI
was closing in on the "Arab Anthrax Terrorist".
Ah, but the best laid plans gang aft aglay, and the FBI discovered
that the end of the hunt for the sender of the Anthrax letters was
NOT Dr. Assaad the Egyptian, but Dr. Zack, who is Jewish.
At this point, both the FBI and the mainstream media stopped
making any public comments on the case.
The above BBC article is clearly another step in the plan to try to
shift the suspicion for the Anthrax letters further away from the Dr.
Zack, to spare Israel further embarrassment in what appears to be a
modern day revival of the Lavon Affair.

However, the claim that the Anthrax letters were simply an
experiment in mail delivery that went awry is discredited by
recalling that the envelopes and their contents were written in a
way to cast suspicion for the letters in a specific direction, at Arabs!

This clear evidence of a deliberate frame up proves that not only
was this not simply a test procedure, but that the Anthrax in the
letters was intended to kill people, while the letters themselves
pointed the finger of blame.
It would appear that even the BBC is not above spreading a little bit
of propaganda.
Proof of a deliberate frame-up is before your eyes - someone
INTENDED for Arabs to take the blame.

Conclusion
Demonising Muslims and Arabs
THE 9/11 ANTHRAX FRAME-UP

An Army biological and chemical warfare facility in Utah has been
quietly developing a virulent, weapons-grade formulation of anthrax
spores since at least 1992, and samples of the bacteria were shipped
back and forth between that facility and Fort Detrick, Md. ...

The Utah spores, grown and processed at the 800,000-acre Dugway
Proving Ground about 80 miles from Salt Lake City, belong to the
Ames strain -- the same strain used in the deadly letters sent to
media outlets and two senators in September and October.

No other nation is known to have made weapons-grade Ames.

The anthrax attacks in the United States were probably the work of a
member of a U.S. biological warfare program, the magazine of
environment pressure group Green peace Germany reported
Wednesday. ..

"The U.S. delegation believes it is an inside job. ...

Their members also have more information than has been made
public," Kirsten Brodde, a reporter for the magazine, told Reuters.

The magazine said: "It seems the attacker ... wanted to force
through an increase in the budget for U.S. research on biological
weapons." [Discovery Channel]
Okay, by now you have probably gotten the point.
The Anthrax letters came from inside the United States.
The letters contained a specific type of weaponized Anthrax made
by a United States military lab which had been claiming for a lot of
years that it wasn't doing that sort of thing any more.

Sheesh, we thought you said 'Pamflax' and shuckies but we quit
making that stuff a long time ago.
Honest.
Really.
If we're lying may God strike us... a glancing blow."

The pattern of the mailings of the Anthrax letters was also
suspicious.
Congress got their Anthrax letters just in time for the vote on the
disingenuously named USA Patriot Act (aka the anti-terror bill) which
the terrorized Senators voted into law without bothering to read.
How convenient for the bill's sponsors that there was a terror attack
on the Congress just when Congress was about to vote on the anti-
terror bill.
Eerie timing, isn't it?

"After the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, the Bush
Administration tried to ram the USA PATRIOT Act through Congress,"
[Francis A.] Boyle said in a radio interview with Austin-based talk-
show host Alex Jones.

"That would have set up a police state.



Senators Tom Daschle (D-South Dakota) and Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont)
were holding it up because they realized what this would lead to.
The first draft of the PATRIOT Act would have suspended the writ of
habeas corpus [which protects citizens from unlawful imprisonment
and guarantees due process of law].

Then all of a sudden, out of nowhere, come these anthrax attacks."

"At the time I myself did not know precisely what was going on,
either with respect to September 11 or the anthrax attacks, but then
the New York Times revealed the technology behind the letter to
Senator Daschle.

[The anthrax used was] a trillion spores per gram, [refined with]
special electro-static treatment.

This is superweapons-grade anthrax that even the United States
government, in its openly proclaimed programs, had never
developed before.

So it was obvious to me that this was from a U.S. government lab.

There is nowhere else you could have gotten that."

So now, knowing that the Anthrax letters came from an American
source, take another look at the actual letters (click images for full
size).
There are several indications of deliberate deception in these items.
A terrorist group seeking the maximum number of casualties would
not advertise the fact that the letters contained a biological
weapon, they would have enclosed an innocuous letter to ensure
maximum spread of the agent - the letters are virtually shouting
"seal off the area and get a doctor!"
The addresses are written at a slight slant, oddly enough matching
the look of the posters and flyers at the Post Office warning all
America to "watch out for these".
While the letters to Congress are intended to appear to be from
fourth graders, the letters to the New York Post and Tom Brokaw
have no need for such an artifice.
Dates written by Middle Easterners begin with the day first, then the
month, then the year, therefore the date should read 11-9-2001.
The above letters follow the American convention for the dates
shown.

One of the letters is a photocopy of another.
Most places which have copiers have typewriters or word
processors, appliances whose operation is no mystery to the sort of
people who go in and out of government laboratories.
In short, the entire look of the letters is a contrived fake, creating
what they thought a letter from a third world middle eastern
terrorist would look like, so that the phrases "Death to Israel", and
"Allah is Great" (a real Muslin says either "Allah Achbar" or "God is
Great") would point the finger of blame for the Anthrax at the
middle eastern Arabs.
Except that we know for a fact that the Anthrax didn't come from
the Middle East.
It isn't Saddam's or Osama's, it's the very best high quality mil-spec
Anthrax home grown at Fort Detrick, Dugway, and USAMRIID.
It's our Anthrax.
And that means that all the slanted writing, the extra crossings on
the "T"s, the references to Allah and Israel are a carefully crafted
hoax, designed to trick Americans into thinking that Arab Muslims
from the middle east were to blame for the Anthrax letters.
The above letters are not evidence of a terrorist attack but of a
deception against the people of the United States; a deliberate
frame-up of middle eastern Arabs perpetrated by the same party
who owns the Anthrax.
That a plan exists to frame Arab Muslims for the crimes of another
party is now a proven fact.
There are two suspects accused of being the source of the Anthrax
letters.

The first is Dr. Philip Zack, who was caught on camera entering the
storage area where the Anthrax was kept without proper
authorization.

Documents from the inquiry show that one unauthorized person
who was observed entering the [Fort Detrick] lab building at night
was Langford's predecessor, Lt. Col. Philip Zack, who at the time no
longer worked at Fort Detrick.

A surveillance camera recorded Zack being let in at 8:40 p.m. on Jan.
23, 1992, apparently by Dr. Marian Rippy, a lab pathologist and close
friend of Zack's, according to a report filed by a security guard.

The second suspect is the more well known Dr. Stephen Hatfill,
accused (and re-accused and re-accused) by Dr. Barbara Rosenberg
although no actual evidence of his involvement has surfaced.
But regardless of whether one thinks Dr. Zack or Dr. Hatfill is the
culprit, neither man is an Arab Muslim, which again means that the
above letters, written to appear to be from Arab Muslims, are proof
of a plot to frame Arabs for terror attacks in the US.
The only question is, did that plot extend to 9-11 itself.
[As a footnote, Dr. Zack has a prior history of hostility towards Arabs
and was reprimanded by his employer repeatedly on that issue.]
A quick note about Anthrax

Anthrax is not a good terror weapon.

It was developed by the United States (which still holds the world's
largest stockpiles of weapons grade Anthrax) as a battlefield
weapon, because there is no possibility of runaway infection.

Anthrax has no secondary communicability.

People who have the disease cannot give it to others around them.

One must be directly exposed to the spores to get the disease.

This makes Anthrax a great weapon to use to cripple an opposing
army, because ONLY that army thus sprayed will get sick (tying up
additional logistical and medical resources to keep them from
dying).

To use Anthrax effectively requires large numbers of delivery
systems, something a terrorist would not have available.
Real bio-terror (as opposed to a staged fake incident) requires a
pathogen with a high secondary communicability, so that a target
group infected with it proceeds to infect more people around
them, spreading the disease without additional effort on the part of
the terrorists.
Therefore, Anthrax is a poor choice for real terrorists to use, but a
great choice for someone planning to stage a phony terror event.
