PROJECT BACKGROUND

Nowadays all educated people, such as professionals and college students, need to have higher
educational program. The higher educational program is to maintain skills and performances for
these people. But, it is not easy. Some people are not willing to continue their education because
of several factors; economic problems, lack of information how important get high education,
and also already comfortable in workaholic life style. Then, the best solution for these problems
is scholarship program.
In this era, there are many scholarship programs that provided by private agencies as well as
national agencies. The scholarship program will help the students to continue their education in
university until the highest level. Although, there are have different rules and regulations for
each institutions.
As a part of work plan from Academic Division in PUMA Management, we would like to
encourage students and lecturers in President University to participate the Scholarship Seminar
2014, which will be held very soon. We make efforts to collide the specific rules and regulations
from each institution become general, so the participants would easier to take the conclusion and
the scholarship feel more familiar to them








PROJECT SCOPE




















I. OBJECTIVES

a. General Objectives:
Scholarship Seminar 2014 will provides all students needs in scholarship
program and all scholarships information.
b. Specific Objectives:
1) Introduce about the scholarship program,
2) Help the students to get any information about scholarship program,
3) Make the students create good relation with scholarship program,
4) Create a spirit
5) Increase students experiences.

II. EVENT DESCRIPTION
Activity concept:
a) Implementing the President University Major Association of Management work
program,
b) Participants are President University students who majoring in management
program,
c) Target participants are 100 students,
d) The seminar will provides a speaker from DIKTI who handle the scholarship
program in Indonesia,
e) The speaker also will explain and describe all scholarship information,
f) Scholarship Seminar 2014 will provides several booths place in order to
completing scholarship seminars objective,
g) Scholarship Seminar 2014 will cooperate with several university/company/other
institutions in which they have a scholarship program for master degrees.
