Agreement Between User and Goibibo.com
Goibibo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to
any or all GOIBIBO websites and the related services or any portion thereof at
any time, without notice.
Agency
Goibibo (India) Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter 'GOIBIBO') is only providing the services
as agent of various tour operators (hereinafter 'Operators'). GOIBIBO's
obligations are limited to issuance of ticket, providing information as made
available to it and processing refunds. GOIBIBO is not responsible for the
provision of services by the respective operator.
No responsibility
GOIBIBO assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions or omissions of
the operators including non-adherence of the scheduled timings, behavior of
the operator's staff, conditions inside the buses, loss of life or property, delay,
breakdown or inconvenience suffered by the user or passenger.
Limitation of liability
Without prejudice to whatever is stated hereunder or hereinabove, The
maximum liability on part of GOIBIBO arising under any circumstances, in
respect of any services offered on the site, shall be limited to the refund of
total amount received from the user for availing the services less any
cancellation, refund or others charges, as may be applicable. In no case the
liability shall include any consequential loss, damage or additional expense
whatsoever beyond the amount charged by GOIBIBO for its services.
In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein
conflict with the Additional Terms or other terms and guidelines contained
within any particular GOIBIBO website, then these terms shall control.In no
event shall GOIBIBO and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect,
punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages
whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or
profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the travel or use or
performance of the GOIBIBO website(s).
Boarding Documents
Passengers are required to furnish a copy of the ticket along with an identity
proof at the time of boarding the bus.
Non transferable
All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.
Boarding time
Passengers are required to reach the boarding place before 30 min of
scheduled departure time.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction only.
MODIFICATIONOF THESE TERMS
GOIBIBO reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices
under which the GOIBIBO websites are offered, including but not limited to the
charges. The user is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and
conditions.
COMMUNICATIONONGOIBIBO SERVICES
The customer is aware that Goibibo provides various services like hotel
bookings, holidays, Deals and would like to learn about them, to enhance his
/ her travel experience.
The customer hereby specifically authorizes Goibibo to contact the user with
offers on various services offered by it through direct mailers, e-mailers,
telephone calls, short messaging services (SMS) or any other medium, from
time to time. In case that the customer chooses not to be contacted, he /
shall write to Goibibo for specific exclusion at (travel@goibibo.com)

above does not included ibibo service f ees or promo code discount if used at the time of booking) .
Goibibo will charge Rs. 25/- per seat as cancellation fees apart from the operator cancellation charges in case user go & cancel the ticket on
goibibo website and Rs. 50/- will be charged in case user call up the goibibo call centre to cancel the same.
If you cancel your booking directly with operator or your bus is cancelled directly by the operator, please inform us immediately to process your
