Paper Submission
Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance,
technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. All papers will be refereed by at least
three members of the program committee. All submitted papers MUST be formatted
according to the author guidelines provided by IEEE Computer Society Press
(two-column format) and MUST NOT be longer than SIX pages.
