Come to a live INSANITY class and Dig Deeper ! Created by Shaun T, INSANI-
TY is based on a method called Max Interval Training. Opposite to traditional inter-
val training, in Insanity, you work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks
only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It keeps your body
working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your
limits - so your body has to adapt." No equipment or weights needed. Your body is
your only equipment! and you don't have to be in extreme shape, the Insanity certified
instructors will help you! Are you ready to DIG DEEPER ? "INSANITY is a

Pilates
Pilates can help you get a dancers
body: sleek and toned, with long,
lean muscles. But it can also help
you avoid needing a hip replacement
or having back pain. Thats because
Pilates helps improve flexibility,
agility and good movement patterns.
It teaches body awareness, correct
posture, and easy graceful move-
ments. In other words, it will im-
prove both how your body looks and
how it performs. So, whether you do
Pilates for beauty, like Jennifer Anis-
ton or you do it for functionality, like
David Beckham, you ll be amazed at
what Pilates can offer you. (Wear
