To view files :
1. Run PowerPoint Viewer.
2. A box will pop up. Select d: drive in the drop down menu.
3. Select file and press enter.
The PowerPoint files provided were created using Microsoft PowerPoint XP, and if
opened using versions of Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 and lower may affect the qua
lity the presentation.

About the PowerPoint Viewer
The Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer allows you to view full-featured presenta
tions created in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003. The PowerPoint Viewer support
s viewing presentations created in PowerPoint 97, PowerPoint 2000, and PowerPoin
t 2002. The PowerPoint Viewer also supports opening password-protected PowerPoin
t presentations.

Multilingual Issues
The PowerPoint Viewer does not support the Microsoft Office Proofing Tools.
The PowerPoint Viewer does not support bidirectional language presentations crea
ted in PowerPoint 97.
Working with the PowerPoint Viewer
The PowerPoint Viewer does not correctly show diagram animations. Instead of sho
wing the animations, the diagram will appear completed.
The PowerPoint Viewer does not support opening Information Rights Management (IR
M) presentations.
The PowerPoint Viewer does not support running macros, programs, or opening link
ed or embedded objects.
The PowerPoint Viewer does not support displaying these graphic formats when lin
ked in a presentation: .eps, .pct, .emz, .cdr, .cgm, .wpg, and .wmz.
