LESSON SUMMARY :
During set induction, teacher shows a few pictures of verbs. Then, teacher will explain the usage of present continuos
tense at the presentation stage. In the practice stage, pupils will answer the quiz about present continuos tense. Teacher
will give handout during production stage to test their understanding. Lastly, teacher will refresh what they had learnt
today in the closure.
CONTENT STANDARD : GRAMMAR
5.1 By the end of the 6-year primary schooling, pupils will
be able to use different word classes correctly and
appropriately.

5.1.3 Able to use verbs correctly and appropriately :
(c) present continuos tense

PUPILS PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE :
Pupils have learnt about present tense before this.
OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:
1) respond about the usage of present continuos tense.
2) use the present continuos tense correctly.
3) Complete the worksheet with correct present continuos tense.
