Outlook for May
Okay, overall real estate activity in Redondo Beach produced respectable numbers in April with total sales,
market median sales price, listings, sales/listing ratio, and months of inventory holding fairly steady
compared to last months data. The most glaring percentage variation was the median days to sell, which
decreased in duration. Another positive stat to highlight is the year-over-year market median sales price,
which is $36K higher in April 2014 compared to April 2013.

So whats our outlook for May? you ask. Well, given the cost to borrow money remains relatively cheap
and accessible, and there is a stable flow of new listings hitting the market each week, and historically
speaking performance activity normally heats up as summer draws near we, expect a strong increase in
