Introduction to the
CaPNaK Medicine-
Food Chart.

You can use the CaPNaK ("cap knack") Chart to
balance your intake of the four main minerals in
your food.

So what?

These four main minerals in food have an awesome
impact on your health and happiness!

You eat far more calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P),
sodium (Na), and potassium (K) - the Ca P Na K
minerals - than any
other minerals. That is why they have such a big effect
on your well-being.

Yes, I mean a really wholistic impact. For example, a
CaPNaK mineral imbalance can make you: gain or
lose weight more easily; feel hot or cold; weak, faint, or
energetic; lazy or restless; etc. Also, a CaPNaK
mineral imbalance can contribute to problems such as
acne, insomnia, arthritis, osteoporosis, low or high
blood pressure, etc. If you have any of these problems
or any others shown overleaf then you can influence
them for the better. The secret is to use your food as
medicine! Naturally.

To keep your mineral balance as the day progresses,
select foods from opposite sides of the central balance
point where the four background colours converge. As
you eat imagine placing some of this food on its picture
on the chart. If a food is a long way from the balance
point, you will only need to eat a little to create a strong
effect.

DIAGRAM SHOWING BALANCE OF COMPLIMENTARY FOODS.
Spinach is a calcium- (Ca) and sodium- (Na) residue food, and banana is a phosphorus- (P) and potassium- (K) residue food.

You may have symptoms of CaPNaK
imbalance as shown overleaf. You can
correct the imbalance by eating more
foods on the opposite side of the central
balance point. This way you can keep your sodium-
potassium balance and your calcium-phosphorus balance.
An overdose of one mineral can create a deficiency of the
balancing mineral.

The CaPNaK Chart is based on food data from scientific
sources. The body utilises an average proportion of
minerals of each complementary pair of minerals and the
CaPNaK Chart shows the remaining mineral residues.
Mineral residues from one food can be balanced against the
complimentary residues from another food. Stick the
CaPNaK Chart on your kitchen wall for easy reference.
Alternatively, you can tune up your body-mind for the
particular performance you need by intentionally creating an
imbalance. Thoughts, sports, work, or play, and even sleep,
can be enhanced by judicious choice of foods according to
CaPNaK principles!

Find out about this revolutionary insight into eating in a book
called "Eco-Eating ". The author, Sapoty Brook, a scientist
who spent over ten years researching experiential nutrition,
developed the CaPNaK system to enable people to benefit
from mineral balancing. Mineral balancing has been
neglected by popular nutrition writers and it is high time you
were fully informed of the many benefits!
