Commercial Arrangement

Estimated iPhone App cost. The efforts are Estimated based on the given modules; however, the cost may vary
if there is change in actual project scope.

Additional Work or Changes

Additional work or any changes made by client which are not mentioned in requirements will be
charged at $10/- per man hour rate.



Delivery Timelines

35 Days from the date of PO (Purchase Order) signed.



Payment Terms

- 30% in Advance.

- 40% Milestone after project completed 70%.

- Remaining at the time of source code delivery (All the Testing Done)
Payment through Paypal , NEFT transferor via freelancer.comor via cheque .





Warranty

All bugs / issues will be fixed by us for the next 1 months from the date of Final Delivery at free of
cost.


Taxes

No addition tax. The cost is inclusive of all the taxes.

Validity of Proposal

This proposal is valid 15 days

Annual Maintenance Charges

We are not taking AMC, but we can do the maintenance of the app in future as par the requirement and the
charges will be based on new requirements.
