Change, Operational Strategy and Technology.

>> ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for collating, harvesting, analysis and maintenance of process/ functional content and
insights
Work with the client engagement teams to design, develop and customize process transformation
specific deliverables/ documents
Participate and conduct workshop with the client teams to understand requirements and advise on the
catalogue of applicable process specific assets/ content (Benchmarks/ KPIs. process models, value
drivers, etc.)
Conceptualize and develop new approaches/ technique for capturing process specific content from
multiple sources (secondary research, paid subscriptions, process reference repository, knowledge
management, etc.)
Work with the process owners to prioritize content development and improve and enhance process
specific content based on evaolving requirements
Suggest and advise refinements to process/ industry content based on industry standards, research
and project experience

ADVISORY

A minimum of 6-8 years of work experience for Sr. consultants
A minimum of 4 -6 years of work experience for consultants

>> EXPECTED SKILLS
Process consulting experience in one of the following areas (Finance, HR, IT & Procurement)
Understanding of process related assets used in consulting engagements such as process models,
benchmarks, target operating model, business roles, etc.
Experience in development, identification and harvesting of process specific content such as leading
practices, benchmarks/ KPIs, process models, etc
Knowledge of business process reengineering methodologies/ techniques and IT enabled business
process improvement
Specialist in indentification of leading practices processes, gap analysis, mapping KPIs/ value drivers
to process and process mapping
Experience in process documentation and maintaining process repositories

>> QUALIFICATION
Post Graduate Degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute.

>> SELECTION PROCESS
A technical interaction with the line Manager and a final round with the Director / Partner of the practice
followed by HR discussion
