Best practices, frameworks, or industry standards are created to help the organization operate in a structured manner. Unfortunately people end
up focusing on one practice or framework rather than the holistic view of the organization. In the organization, multiple initiatives get created
focusing on different practices. This leads to misaligned efforts which eventually reduce efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. This
creates confusion for the organization as to which practice is more suitable for it. Our aim is to bring clarity to all above confusions.

Purpose
Purpose of SureThoughts is to bring clarity on various industry best practices by means of industry participation and collaborative
efforts of practitioners in the industry to bring in their in-depth knowledge in the specific area to churn out the relevant clarity for
industry to use, which will eventually enhance maturity of the industry.

Relevance
There are various platforms on specific practices, frameworks, standards & processes which tend to have a dedicated focus on a
particular practice which brings global viewpoint but misses organizational viewpoint of its relevance and placement. SureThoughts is
trying to act as an unbiased platform to build a confluence of ideas, which are derived from vast industry knowledge and bringing in
common sense approach to be adopted by the organization which will be pertinent and relevant.

Proposed Tracks : QLarified-2013

Based on the experience and feedback of QLarified-2012 we realised that for better brainstorming in the debate it is necessary to have the relevance of
the background that the professionals belong to. In the absence of categorical relevance it becomes difficult to draw conclusions and to lend the
required clarity.
Considering this we have come up with 3 tracks of the debate for QLarified-2013. By having 3 tracks professionals from relevant experience,
