This document contains a questionnaire to help identify a person's social or communication style. It consists of 20 sets of 4 adjectives, and for each set the respondent must choose the adjective that best describes themselves for the 1st choice and 2nd choice. The respondent's choices are then recorded on an answer sheet where their totals in each of 4 columns correspond to different social styles: Analytical, Expressive, Driver, or Amiable. Adding up the totals should equal 40 across all columns. Completing this questionnaire and tallying the results provides insight into a person's predominant communication preferences.
