The English Panel at SK Ulu Ribu has developed a 3-year Strategic Plan and 1-year Tactical Plan to improve students' English proficiency. The Strategic Plan's vision is for students to achieve excellent English proficiency. Its objectives include students understanding the importance of English, improving reading habits, and feeling comfortable speaking English without fear of errors. The Tactical Plan details two programs - a book borrowing program from the library and extra English classes - along with operational plans, targets, personnel, and assessments. The overall goal is to increase students' average exam scores by providing more English exposure and resources.
