Produce an early outlook of various financial figures on a weekly basis to the business heads - CFO, CEO and regional
business finance CFO.
Achieve cost transparency by simplifying the cost base among the cost centre owners including staff / premises / others
cost, cost trends and one-offs.
Participate effectively in adopting the most transparent and robust cost charging mechanism for the country and between
various units of the banks.
Provide an independent Finance view on Budget/forecasts for revenue, balance sheet and costs and advice to the business
heads on the numbers and risks / opportunities.
