After one year of use, the bearings still have excellent
lubrication performance and exhibit no signs of friction. The
Molded-Oil
Bearing type with solid lubricant type, cage type, limiting speed, and size (outside diameter, mm)
are shown in the following table.
Note: Molded-Oil
Bearings for high-speed operation have high running-in torque, and those for general use are recommended for low-speed usage.

The limiting speeds reect the value when the internal space of the bearing is completely lled with Molded-Oil

Handling Precautions
To maintain the excellent long-term lubricating capacity of Molded-Oil
Bearings,
the following precautions should be observed:
I Molded-Oil
melts at about 120C. The bearings must not be heated over 100C, especially during
shrink-tting. Additionally, the bearings should not be heated by the oil bath method.
I The bearings should not be used in conditions where they may be exposed to degreasing liquids such as
organic solvents.
I A radial load is required for the bearings to properly rotate. The minimum radial load recommended for
maintaining proper rotation is at least 1% of the basic dynamic load rating.
