Conclusion

My Belief:
I believe in treating all students with respect.
I believe in treating students equally. This also implies that I will treat
students differently according to their needs. As they say, Success breeds
success, so I will give my students every opportunity to succeed on their
own terms.
I believe in extra-curricular activities and field trips. They provide students
with an excellent opportunity to learn skills which are not always possible
to teach within the classroom.
I believe in fairness. Whether this shows through the implementation of
classroom management techniques or in grading methods, all students will
be treated fairly.
I believe in making learning meaningful to my students. This means
adapting the curriculum to their current social situations as well as
religious and cultural backgrounds.
I believe in getting to know my students - strengths, weaknesses, likes,
dislikes - as best I can, so that I may help them to grow.
I believe in giving students a say in what should be learned. This shared
control approach gives students a voice in the classroom and makes them
feel more comfortable in their environment.
I believe in group work. It is the perfect arena for fostering life-long skills
which are transferable to everyday life.
I believe in student-centered, constructivist learning, where students are
given responsibility for their own learning.
I believe in implementing goal-oriented lessons. If a lesson does not have a
specific objective, what am I trying to teach?
I believe in positivity. No matter what life throws at me, inside the
classroom or out, I believe that attitudes are contagious and a positive
attitude is always preferable to a negative attitude.
I believe in a positive approach to behaviour management - an approach
based on positive reinforcement, recognition and rewards as opposed to
negativity and punishment.
I believe in teaching through games. Games get students involved, having
fun, and learning more then they even realize. Dr. Seuss said it best - "It's
fun to have fun, but you have to know how."

Teaching Philosophy
The following eight principles provide fundamental structure for me as teacher
and learner. They support a strategic filter through which I shape my courses,
advising and supervision, writing and research, and other faculty activities. They
help maintain my sense of balance and professional direction.

Growth is developmental and requires time and patience. We are the
agents of our own growth.
Teachers must focus on strengths and use positive feedback to help
learners grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Critical thinking helps students internalize learning.
Structure and shared decision making are significant to the learning
process.
Success stimulates further success.
Teachers must strive to meet learner needs and be keenly aware of social,
emotional, and physical variables that affect the learning process.
Teachers and learners must value diversity and seek unity in a
multicultural nation.
All teachers must seek continuous renewal and growth.

Representative Course Syllabi, including Assignments, Examinations, and
Supplementary Reading:

My comprehensive syllabi include course descriptions, specific academic
requirements and expectations regarding course organization, examinations, and
papers, as well as a precise outline of how final grades will be awarded. I also
identify required and recommended readings, and present a detailed weekly
breakdown of topics and readings.
It is my belief that a comprehensive syllabus is a fundamental teaching tool. For
students, it provides essential information and expectations about the course.
For the teacher, it is a formal vehicle that conveys a blueprint for the course and
expectations for student learning and academic performance. For the academic
department, comprehensive syllabi collectively describe the departments
curriculum, its scope and focus, and its academic rigor and standards.

Advising:
I announce to students in every class that my door is always open. In addition
to maintaining regular office hours, I meet daily with students. My goal is to
equip them with tools to find answers for themselves rather than to rely on my
suggested solutions.

Conclusion:
I often reflect on how fortunate I am to have found a profession that provides a
multitude of personal and professional rewards. I feel elated when I receive
letters from former students who express genuine appreciation for my teaching,
advising, and general support as they take aim at distant goals. I derive great
pleasure from the challenge of designing a new component to a course and
witnessing the nods and expressions of understanding on the faces of my
students. On the first day of every class, I tell my students, You are my priority.
They really are. My responsibility as teacher is profound. I strive to improve
content and delivery and to teach at my highest level every day. John F. Kennedy
said, The exemplary teacher instructs in realities and suggests dreams. That is
my mission.

Research & Development

Marketing representative should consciously be preparing how sales spike flows
the territory / territories hes appointed at through presenting details in Report
Form; such as I did throughout the two years span. Following is the model:

Final Report:

The line graph shows Month-wise sale: Product selling flow, the bar chart
illustrates Area-wise sale and the pie chart emanates Market share attained by.

As can be seen, the sales of toothbrush increased during the first half of the year
yet in the seventh month it dipped a little followed by a slight rise in the following
month however then it continued to decline till December. As far as toothpaste
sale is concerned, throughout the year it fluctuated nonetheless it ended with a
continuous climb.
The reason for the sudden dip in sales in the month of July was unsuitable
circumstances of the city, as has been analyzed.

The south region is the weakest sale area which demands a profound analysis to
diagnose the causes of lowest sales spike.

The company has achieved a rise and so has come closer to the biggest competitor
i.e. ABC; yet EFG seems to be obtaining the market share by rising two percent
since it was 17% the previous year therefore another analysis is required to find
out why the gap is being narrowed by them as compared to year before which we
had with 4.5%.

Writing Portfolio

(I) I have written a book on the topic of Traits of Allah that can be read
on: http://www.scribd.com/doc/195042550/Allah-in-Himself

(II) And Ive also composed an article to be published on the theme of
poetry; which is:

To engrave poetic verses is not as easy as that of being wanton like kids
scamper with excitement in a garth yet is astoundingly dauntless. One
needs to ruminate a good deal so as to instigate an aristocratic piece of
work. A foray is made by a lot many partakers in smiting the colossal
gate of the fort of poetry nonetheless scarcely a handful integers ever
secure conquest. In early span of the endeavour, not only their tops
slate them but also pursuers. This field looking as chic as a moor, more
than often, turns out to be rock-strewn land to walk on. Faiz Ahmed
Faiz seems to be one of those who once began to flow the velocity then
did nothing but kept on marching robustly and vigorously. On this
ragged path, taunting-arrows and slamming-shell would unquestionably
have halted him from netting an unswerving grasp in the poetry
enclosure, nevertheless, in vain. By right of being no slouch on poetry,
he was roofed over by some superior well-versed Urdu poets: I am
convinced that they would never have rued their being a prop to him, in
that he not only fitted the bill later on but also among the analogous
path-runners he headed exultantly. Even if, in his salad days, his work
had not been retained, hed beyond doubt have carried on scudding at a
velvety impetus and would neither have scurried away off the ring nor
would his sturdy willing have plummeted on the grounds that his
melody seems to have taken birth in order to rid himself of an elegiac
lava boiling in his inner having faced a heck of anguishes. As is said by
this poetic gem:

The moments the ache of love ended were painful
The mornings were so sore after nights merciful
The heart wanted to but down-run state didnt allow me
To release grievance after the greetings formality-full
His toil stands empty of sappiness as well as sleaziness. One
sometimes might find themself plumbing while studying his sterling
vocalizations though; however, his composition proved to reflect
reality:

Its neither proximity nor loyalty
Yet ego breaks relations individuality
Some pieces of his works which he incised conamore on the manuscript
putting it in a nut shell are indubitably crammed with melancholy
strains and hence are to a great extent profounder than the many other
pukka epics:
To beseech, no courage is left
To bear, no courage is left
Only your view I have lost
Or else the world, nothing left.

Before laying a hand on the atoll of conclusion I cant help but pen
concerning one of his opulent written sonatas:

In desert of lonesomeness
o my love, tremble
the glimpse of your voice
the mirage of your lips
In desert of lonesomeness
in ashes of the distance between us
bloom jasmines and roses of your tips
To sum up, having found myself exceptionally inept to render the
showcase of that classical work wholly I would cease penning with
saying that the plaintive numbers amassed by this man let his voice
chaunt out in the air like echoing theme that stays stationary in the
profundity of the readers heart for a drawn out extent of time.
