.ponsorIs recording artist B.o.B (B.o.B .ong) to be remixed in connection *ith the Contest ( B.o.B
.tem), %ploading his or her remix o& the B.o.B .ong (Remix 4ntry) to his or her personal

.o%ndClo%d acco%nt, signing in thro%gh his or her .o%ndClo%d acco%nt on the Contest .ite,
selecting his or her Remix 4ntry, and %ploading his or her .%bmission ?aterials (as described
belo*) as instr%cted to enter the Contest (each s%ch participant, an 4ntrant). 4ach participant
*ho *ishes to enter the Contest *ill, in order to be eligible to participate in the Contest as an
4ntrant, be reD%ired to comply *ith the instr%ctions on the Contest .ite and .o%ndClo%d page and
pro$ide personal in&ormation reD%ested on the Contest .ite, incl%ding 4ntrantIs email address, and

+. SUBMISSIONS.

in$ol$es the s%bmission o& an a%dio &ile o& 4ntrantIs remixed $ersion o& the B.o.B .ong, and any
additionally reD%ested materials thro%gh the Contest .ite (s%ch materials, 4ntrantJs ".%bmission
?aterials"). :nce the .%bmission ?aterials ha$e been deemed entered into the Contest by
.ponsor in its sole discretion, s%ch .%bmission ?aterials *ill be deemed to be an "4ntry" by s%ch
4ntrant &or p%rposes o& the Contest.

!. S,!-i''io$ R%/,i&%-%$"'. 8n order to be deemed eligible &or the Contest, all o&
an 4ntrantJs .%bmission ?aterials m%st meet all o& the &ollo*ing reD%irements (collecti$ely, the
".%bmission ReD%irements")/ (i) all .%bmission ?aterials m%st comply *ith all o& the terms,
conditions and reD%irements set &orth in these :&&icial R%les, the .%bmission Agreement, the Terms
o& >se &or the Contest .iteH (ii) all .%bmission ?aterials m%st be s%bmitted thro%gh the area o& the

.ponsorJ disco$ery o& s%ch &ail%re, be s%bFect to disD%ali&ication &rom the Contest and may not be

so&t*are mal&%nctions, &ail%res, connections, or a$ailabilityH garbled or F%mbled &iles or
transmissionsH ser$ice pro$ider, 8nternet, *eb site, or so&t*are inaccessibility or %na$ailability
(incl%ding any inaccessibility or %na$ailability o& the Contest .ite)H 8nternet tra&&ic congestionH or
%na%thoriGed inter$ention. Thro%gho%t the Contest 7eriod, .ponsor shall ha$e the right to ta,e
*hate$er actions .ponsor deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion to protect the

4ntrant may not s%bmit identical or s%bstantially similar .%bmission ?aterials more than once
d%ring the Contest 7eriod.

0. THE CONTEST.

(*ho may incl%de employees o& the Atlantic Records label and0or B.o.B s%bFect to a$ailability) (the
"1%dges") *ill re$ie* all eligible 4ntries &or con&ormity to the r%les and &or obscene content and may
then post some or all o& the eligible 4ntries on the Contest .ite, in its sole discretion, as more &%lly
described in 2(d). :n or abo%t .eptember 2, !#!, .ponsor *ill select one () 4ntry based on the
criteria o& creati$ity, originality and aesthetic $al%e (each in .ponsorIs sole discretion) (7otential
<inner). )ot*ithstanding the &oregoing, .ponsor reser$es the right to select less than 7otential
<inner i& there are not a s%&&icient n%mber o& 4ntries that meet the .%bmission ReD%irements as
determined in .ponsorIs sole discretion. .ponsor reser$es the right to not a*ard any priGe i&, in its
sole and absol%te discretion, it does not recei$e a s%&&icient n%mber o& eligible and0or D%ali&ied
4ntries. .ponsor may, in its sole discretion, contact each 7otential <inner and reD%ire any s%ch
7otential <inner to s%bmit to a bac,gro%nd chec, to help ens%re that s%ch 7otential <innerJs
contin%ed participation in the Contest *ill not, in .ponsorIs sole discretion, damage the Contest or
other*ise re&lect ad$ersely on the Contest 4ntitiesH reD%ire s%ch 7otential <inner to ans*er
additional D%estions or participate in additional screening proced%resH reD%ire s%ch 7otential <inner
to sign consent &orms, releases and0or remix agreementsH and0or disD%ali&y any 7otential <inner
*ho is %nable or %n*illing to do or pro$ide any o& the &oregoing. <itho%t limiting the &oregoing,
each 7otential <inner *ho is a minor in his or her state o& residence *ill be reD%ired to ha$e his or
her parent or legal g%ardian a&&irm in *riting s%ch 7otential <innerJs ac,no*ledgement and
agreement to the :&&icial R%les and .%bmission Agreement, in order to contin%e to participate in
the Contest. .ponsor reser$e the right to pro$ide an independent third party (the " A%diting 4ntity")
*ith all .%bmission ?aterials s%bmitted by each 7otential <inner in order that s%ch A%diting 4ntity
may examine s%ch .%bmission ?aterials and con&irm, s%bFect to its and .ponsorJ discretion, that
the .%bmission ?aterials comply *ith these :&&icial R%les. 8n the e$ent that any 7otential <inner
elects to end his or her participation in the Contest, is %nable to participate &%rther in the Contest &or
any reason, or is, in .ponsorIs discretion, deemed to be ineligible to participate, .ponsor reser$es
the right to select alternate 7otential <inner(s) in its discretion.

7otential <inning 4ntry *ill be deemed 7otential <inner. .%bFect to .ponsorIs determination o& the

portion o& the 7riGe is cancelled, %ndeli$erable, or %nable to ta,e place &or any reason, <inner
agrees that .ponsor ha$e no &%rther obligations to <inner other than deli$ery o& the remainder o&
the 7riGe (i& any), and no other additional compensation *ill be pro$ided. 8n the e$ent that <inner
(incl%ding, &or any <inner *ho is a minor in his or her state o& residence, his or her parent or
g%ardian) is %nable to comply *ith the terms and conditions set &orth in these :&&icial R%les

6. MISCELLANEOUS.

and reg%lations apply. A&ter the end o& the Contest 7eriod, the names o& the <inner and the
<innerIs 4ntry may be posted to the ArtistIs :&&icial <ebsite, and0or to another .ponsorEa&&iliated
site or ser$ice. 8n addition to any other grants that may be granted in any other agreement entered
into bet*een .ponsor and the <inner or any other <inner, *here permitted by la*, each s%ch
indi$id%al agrees to grant to .ponsor, the Contest 4ntities, and their respecti$e licensees, a&&iliates,
and assigns, the right to print, p%blish, broadcast, and %se, *orld*ide in any media no* ,no*n or
herea&ter de$eloped, incl%ding b%t not limited to the *orld *ide *eb, at any time or times, s%ch
