The above mentioned customers represent millions of dollars in projects. I managed these, and many other
projects, achieving exceptionally high profits and outstanding customer satisfaction. (A ledger to support

Responsibilities included, but not limited to, the following:
• Review plans and understand scope of work
• Send out bid invites and plans to trades needed for project
• Organize and schedule Job walks with potential subcontractors to view sight conditions
• Review, log, and process RFI’s (request for information)
• Collect bids, compare prices and scopes of work
• Prepare construction schedule
• Write and submit proposals to potential clients (on or before time due)
¾ When awarded contracts:
• Assign Superintendent(s)
• Obtain permits
• Negotiate and award sub‐contracts (buyout project)
• Order long lead time items
• Schedule Pre‐Construction Meeting(s) and weekly meetings as needed
• Manage construction processes via Superintendent(s) and personal visits to job sites
• Handle daily correspondence between architects, engineers, subcontractors, designers, consultants,
Superintendents, and clients
• Review, log, and process Submittals (send out for approvals as needed)
• Write and process Change Orders as needed or requested by clients
• Review Superintendent(s) daily reports and confirm schedules
• Pass final inspections and obtain certificate of occupancy
• Punch walk project with architect(s), clients, and/or tenants
• Have items on punch list completed by responsible trade(s) and re‐inspect punch list items
• Send out close‐out package with warrantees, manuals, etc. to clients
• Close‐out job and archive plans and paperwork from project(s) in accordance to office protocol
• Arguably most important; sustain existing relationships and foster new relationships with potential clients

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
Managed construction of 16‐story luxury hotel expansion at existing casino. Maintained existing buildings and
planned for new buildings on reservation properties: Responsible for overseeing construction processes,
logistics, and coordination of all activities to ensure timely completion of projects with minimal disruption to
existing facilities and surrounding properties.
• Ensured compliance with government regulations, codes, engineered drawings, and architectural
specifications
• Supervised contractors and sub‐contractors
