While on my previous call a male approached me shooken up
stating that he just observed a silver sedan drive off the
road I91 north in the construction area, observed lots of
dust and lost sight of the vehicle. He feared it crashed.

Upon checking the area I was able to observe that there is

temporary road leading to the road below. I observed a
fresh
set of tire prints leading to the road below. I checked the
water and surrounding area and did not observe any signs of
an accident.

Caller reports neighbors were outside with a BB gun and
appeared to be shooting it at each other. After the RP went
inside it sounded as though they were shooting her bird
feeders. All parties are now inside the house.

OFFICER SPOKE WITH THE RESIDENT AT 22 PHILLIPS STREET, APT
3, REGARDING THE USE OF HIS AIRSOFT RIFLE. RESIDENT WAS
CONDUCTING TARGET PRACTICE. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF
PELLETS
BEING SHOT AT THE RPs BIRD FEEEDERS. OFFICERS SPOKE WITH

they had discovered a screw in the spare tire the RP had

girlfriend could not sleep last night, so she had walked

prior to my arrival. Just as I cleared, 116 reported that

drivers side of the van. After further questioning,
observations, and field sobriety testing, the suspect was
placed under arrest for OUI Liquor.

town land. fire successfully extinguished and male returned
home by the uncle (the RP).

court.

CJ residence on Crescent St. Did see him earlier in shift
today walking down Main St. with no bike. Will attempt

RP called and states that she believed that there were two
males trying to break into a van. RP stated that it looked
like one person had an item used to break into cars. Caller
could not get a description of the vehicle or the involved
parties trying to get into the car.

RP called and stated that there had been a young, orange
cat
that had wandered to her door and looked very hungry. RP
stated they are not allowed to keep animals at her
