The Senior Project Manager shall have amongst others, the following

primary responsibilities:
Timely completion of engineering deliverable's within man-
hour budget.
Technical preparations for the project.
Ensuring that these preparations result into cost efficient
project execution in accordance with contractual, legislative,
regulatory, company, commercial requirements.
"Fitness for purpose" of project deliverable's, based on
contractual specifications, codes and standards.
Concept and method for fabrication, transportation,
construction and installation.
Ensuring that technical concept and method is in
accordance with common industrial standard practice.
Applying company's technical expertise is to the maximum
extent.
Engineering support during execution phase of the project
(fabrication, offshore).
Preparation and maintenance of Engineering Basis.
Preparing Engineering Planning.
Coordination, planning, control and progress reporting of
engineering activities for the project.
Technical liaison with Procurement QA/QC, HSE and
Subcontractors.
Coordination of engineering subcontractors.
Compilation and finalization of As-Built Records Dossier.
Adherence to Company Management System (CMS)
applicable to his field of responsibility.
Proposing, stimulating and realizing optimization and
improvements in his area of responsibility.
Analyze root causes of real time existing issues, document
identified issues with the corresponding cause and
solutions.
Enthusiastically pursue safety culture and practice.

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Position Summary: The purpose of this role is to oversee the
planning, directing, or coordinating of on-shore and off-shore services
of the organization to ensure effective management and day to day
running of company's vessel, well and engineering projects to ensure
that project scopes are completed on schedule, within budget and
according to the quality standards required by the company.

Desired Profile Qualifications and Experience
M.sc Degree in engineering or related
discipline.
Must be certified a professional
engineer.
Minimum of 10 years cognate
experience relative to Marine
maintenance, subsea operations and
managerial roles.
Must have a working knowledge of
State, Federal and International
policies and maritime regulations
Must be undoubtedly experienced in
QHSE policies and procedures.
Must be a certified project manager.
