also details the cause values output for each exception. This excelsheet is parsed using java class stored at
/vobs/rnc/rrt/ueh/uehBaseSsL/uehBaseUeCtxtSsLU/tools/ExceptionParser.java, so it is important to update the revision number
on row 4. As this revision number will end up in the code comments.
