Enterprised Resource Information System (ERIS) is a computerized
solution for recruiting agencies and software consultants. This application maintains
electronic database comprises of job applicants wor!ers and employers. "ser of this
system can create and access details of all the information using ad#anced $"I screens
comprises of menu bitmap toolbars status bar and many more. This is an Intranet
application which is used by a consultant to maintain his clients and employees status
and schedule inter#iews for applicants. The %roject is di#ided into three modules.
Applicant: This module is used to maintain &pplicants
Employee : This deals to maintain the status of employee li!e at which client he is
wor!ing
Clients: This module deals with #arious clients.
Reports are generated finally for the con#enience of the consultant.

E'ISTIN( S)STE*:
It is limited to a single system.
It is less user(friendly.
It is ha#ing lots of manual wor! ()anual system does not mean that you are
wor!ing with pen and paper it also include wor!ing on spread sheets and other
simple software*s)
It re+uires more no of employees need to wor!.
It is time consuming process.
The present system is #ery less secure.
It is unable to generate different !inds of report.
PROPOSED S)STE* :
The de#elopment of the new system contains the following acti#ities which try to
automate the entire process !eeping in #iew of the database integration approach.
"ser friendliness is pro#ided in the application with #arious controls.
The system ma!es the o#erall project management much easier and fle,ible.
It can be accessed o#er the Internet.
-arious classes ha#e been used to pro#ide file upload and mail features.
There is no ris! of data mismanagement at any le#el while the project
de#elopment is under process.
Report generation feature is pro#ided using .rystal Reports to generate different
!inds of reports li!e bar graphs pie charts and table type charts etc.
It pro#ides high le#el of security using different protocols li!e https etc.
