Holcobatch

Blue 131.9547 is suitable for use as an additive for


Polyethylene Terephthalate in food contact applications under the Food,
Drug, and Cosmetic Act and all applicable regulations promulgated
thereunder.

HCA recommends that the usage level for this product not exceed 0.4
pph when the PET is expected to contact aqueous, acidic, or low (up to
15 percent) alcohol content foods under FDA Conditions of Use C (hot
filled or pasteurized above 150F) through G (froze n storage, no thermal
treatment in the container). Other restrictions or compliance may also
apply. Please contact HCA for use above the recommended level, or for
further information concerning restrictions or compliance.
