Shoso was chosen as one of the world's most renowned master designers by the
prestigious International Floral Art publication, and now you can share one of his unique
oral creations with friends and family. Whatever your occasion, Shoso can create a
stunning piece that will eloquently express your feelings.

! Free delivery within 15km from Chadstone Shopping Centre. Pick up welcome.
! Displays can be made to suit the clients budget. Special discounts are available for
regular displays.

Send a Card with Your Flower
1. Send your message to Shoso. You may also include an image of yourself.
2. Shoso will design a card for you. You will receive a PDF file of the card.
3. Shoso will deliver the card with your flowers.

Details for Sending a Card with Your Flower
1. Send your message to Shoso (info@shoso.com.au). You may also include an image of
yourself.
Include the recipient's name and your name in your message, if you like.
Your request with your message must reach Shoso at least 48 hours prior to the time of
delivery.
In sending your image to Shoso, its size should be less than 1Mb. You may need to resize
your photo before you send it. There are several free software programs available for
resizing your photos.
2. Shoso will design a card for you. You will receive a PDF le of the card.
Please choose a design from the samples on the web page.
3. After checking the PDF le, you may want to make some changes. Any change will incur
additional cost at this stage, unless it was Shosos error. Any request for changes should
be made quickly.
4. Shoso will deliver the card in a white envelope with your owers.
You can also pick up the owers and the card.
Terms and Conditions
1. Delivery Costs. Free delivery within 15km of Chadstone Sopping Centre. The free zone
includes Doncaster, Noble Park, and Mordialloc. Delivery charge for the Melbourne
CBD is $10.
2. Only Large or Extra Large ower arrangements are available for clients outside the
15km from the Chadstone Shopping Centre area. The Delivery charge for this area is
$15.
3. Please order by email (info@shoso.com.au) or use the order form on our website. The
order has to be placed at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to delivery. If you have any
request for preferred types of owers or preferred colors, please specify this at the time
of your order. Please also advise if there are any owers you dont like. Depending on
to availability, we may not be able to meet your request completely.
4. Cancellation fees apply.
5. Declining of Order. On the rare occasions, we may not be able to accept your order if
all our designers are booked out and not available for you. Book early to make sure
your order can be processed.
6. Delivery Times. We cannot offer a specic delivery time but we try to deliver within your
preferred timeframe.
7. If you want us to deliver the ower to hospitals, please include all the details we need
such as room number and ward. The owers are usually left at the reception and we
are not responsible for the remaining delivery of your order beyond point of drop-off.
The same conditions apply to schools, nursing homes, ofces and other institutions.
8. Payment. Cash and bank transfer are available. Paypal will be available soon.
9. If our product does not meet your expectation, please take a photo of it and contact us
within 2 days of the delivery with the reason why you are dissatised.
