7.046 billion people live in this planet with 1 billion cars that currently operating, which mean exclude the part of people who do not legally to
drive, most of us need to deal with the car park payment machine in every single day. Our company aims to give a more convinence way for
the driver in order to save their time, so we develop a new carpark payment machine system to remove all the fussy step we need to go
through every time when we pay the fee.

detail such as how much did it cost. When the customer have a problem, a hot-line is provided for them to call the customer services free. Easy
for every driver once they register in the system.

Even an innovation idea is contributed, but without the supplier and partners support, it is hardly to make the whole systems operating
accessible and feasible.
The main supplier is the leaser sensors supplier who provides the stable induction sensor which to prevent a mistaken is made so help to

As our system use the car number plate to connect with our bank account and the phone. In order to protect the customers personal bank
detail and stop the similar accident (thousands of peoples credit card detail is stolen) happen again, and to be advantage, the automatic
system should give the customer a confident which they do not need to worry about potential risk in term of that their bank detail or even the
money will be stolen. So we need the corporate with bank and phone company as partners. Create a new function which have high security
with bank.

The competitive scope I chose is board market as the car park problem relates to 1 billion of people in the world so it is match to peoples need
and want in the mass market.
On the other hand, the cost strategy is cost leadership, which make the system more attractive to the car park owner. As the threat of new
entrant is low, because there is no barriers to open a similar car park payment technology company and high rivalry amount existing
competitors, hence it is certainly to run the business innovation, creative but also keep it price advantage.
The overall strategy is therefore Cost Leadership.
