True without falsehood, certain, and most true; The emerald Hokey Pokey has
something to tell you.

Standing outside the cosmic circle of manifestation; You put your right foot in,
you take your right foot out. Here we have the law of intention. Nothing
happens, personally or cosmically, without intention. You intend to move your
right foot in.

You put your right foot in and you shake it all about. Here we see the law of
duality; The In and the Out; the Sun and the Moon. We move our right foot twice,
to further emphasize duality. When we shake it all about, we demonstrate that
all that exists, on every plane and in every dimension, vibrates. This is done
within the cosmic circle of manifestation. Duality is necessary for vibration. One
hand cannot clap, but two hands clapping set up vibration.

You do the Hokey Pokey, and turn yourself around, and thats what its all
about. Now the Sages speak to us about cycles. All phenomena within the
Cosmos, is cyclic. The circle we move in and out of is a further symbol of this
ancient truth.

Next we are told; You put your left foot in, you take left out. Here again we are
reminded of the law of duality. We cannot have a right without a left. You put
your left foot in and you shake it all about. You do the Hokey Pokey, and turn
yourself around, and thats what it is all about. Here we are given an important
key to the mystery of cycles. Each cycle is much like the moon, It has an increase,
followed by a culmination, followed by a decline, and ending at rest, ready to
begin the next cycle. But the moon has a further lesson to tell us; Even though a
moon cycle seems to be the same month after month, the moon circles the earth
and the earth circles the sun, as the sun circles the galactic center; So the moon,
and humanity as well, evolve through time even though it may seem to go in
circles, it is really going in spirals.

That which is below is like that which is above, and that which is above is like that
which is below, to accomplish the miracles of the one thing. So just as you put
your right foot in, so it is that You put your right hand in, you take your right
hand out, you put your right hand in and you shake it all about. You do the
Hokey Pokey, and turn yourself around, and thats what it is all about.

You put your left hand in, you take your left hand out, you put your left hand in,
and you shake it all about. Returning to the idea of vibration, the sages who
blessed us with this wisdom, put it into a song form to tell us that certain musical
notes combined with certain vowel sounds can bring about a harmonious state of
being. Furthermore, the octaves of the musical scale express the law of the
cosmic keyboard; Which states that vibration starts from matter, to mind, to
soul, and moving up towards the unmoved mover, and manifests in octaves. You
do the Hokey Pokey, and turn yourself around, and thats what its all about.

Finally, You put your whole self in, you take your whole self out, you put your
whole self in, and you shake it all about, You do the hokey pokey, and turn
yourself around, and thats what its all about.

Here we are shown how to assume the one mind of the Cosmic. We become one
with that mind. We are an integral part of the whole. We jump into the circle of
the cosmic mind and become one with it. Each time we jump in and out of the
cosmic mind, both we and the All are benefited. Thus it has been written
Separate the earth from Fire, the subtle from the Gross, gently and with great
Ingenuity. It rises from earth to heaven and descends again to earth, thereby
combining within Itself the powers of both the above and the Below. It is
through each created thing that the cosmic mind evolves. While in its ultimate
state as the unmoved mover, it cannot evolve. But it evolves by creating and
experiencing through its creations. By becoming one with the One, you will obtain
the glory of the whole universe, all obscurity will fly from you. The hokey pokey is
the greatest force of all Powers, it overcomes every subtle thing and penetrates
every solid thing. In this way was the universe created. From this will come many
wondrous applications, because this is the pattern.

Therefore, I am called hokey pokey trismegisis, having all three parts of the
wisdom of the whole universe. This completes the explanation of the operation of
the emerald hokey pokey.
