Review of literature
Comparative research is a research methodology in the social
sciences that aims to make comparisons across different countries
or culture. A major problem in comparative research is that the
data sets in different countries may not use the same categories, or
define categories differently (for example by using different
definitions of poverty).
Customer is the most important visitor in our premises. He is not
dependent on us, we are dependent on him. He is not an
interruption in our work, he is the purpose of it, he not an outsider
in our business, he is a part of it, We are not doing him a favor by
serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to
do so. Mahatma Gandhi.
