operations particularly dealing with the implementation of company strategies and
plans, and financial management of accounts receivables, accounts payables, fixed
assets, insurance and inventory. She also has vast experiences on the

efficient and effective operation, reliable financial reports and compliance with laws
and regulations.
Capitalizing on her strong management skills, deep rooted personal values,
analytical competence in all phases of accounting and business operations and her
sufficient expertise in importation, she has demonstrated success in increasing the
profitability and value of companies by quickly understanding key metrics and
business drivers.
Being a De La Salle University graduate of B.S. Commerce Major in Accounting, a
certified public accountant, and with her various businesses and accounting

objectives.
Margie S. Florentino is a Certified Public Accountant with over five years of work
experience. She has extensive experience in delivering quality accounting and
financial management reports. She was a Chief Accountant in a multinational
company for several years, has been an internal auditor as well as Assistant
Accounting Manager in a locally owned corporation.
With her wide range of experience in financial and accounting management and has
relevant exposure in administrative representations with and compliance with the
regulatory requirements of the various regulatory agencies of the government, such
as the BIR, SEC, DTI, and local governments.
With her experience, combined with tested diligence, dedication, and
