Definition: A Tasly Training Officer for the Tasly TCM Division and as an existing Tasly Distributor that wishes to
operate as a Medical Training Officer who will be calling on pharmacies and doctors within a given
geographical territory to train the doctor, pharmacist and nursing staff.

Criteria to be fulfilled as a Tasly Training Officer

1. The Tasly Training Officer will be provided with a comprehensive list of doctors practices/pharmacies that
need to be trained on the operation of the Tasly Quantum Analyser as well as conduct tests on patients of the
pharmacy/doctor practices on Open Days or Wellness Days.

2. Details of each pharmacy/doctor practice called upon must be recordedto include details such as the name of
the doctor/pharmacy, the contact person, the owner, the buyer, telephone numbers and physical address.
Also the complete names, qualifications and contact details of all the nursing staff operating the clinic.

3. Under no circumstances may any of theTasly Training Officers become involved in the logistics of the Tasly
products to the pharmacy/doctor practice. This essentially means that all orders received from the
pharmacy/doctors practice must be processed through a designated wholesaler such as TopMed or C J
Pharmaceutical wholesalers. The Tasly Training Officer is obliged to take orders if there is insufficient stock left,
after or beforetraining or testing session has been conducted. These orders will be passed onto Jasper
Agencies for processing. The Tasly Training Officer shall co-ordinate with the Medical Sales Representative
from Jasper Agencies as to which pharmacy must be called upon.

4. Commission and allowance structure will include that the Tasly Training Officer will be afforded a petrol
allowance of R 3500.00 (Three-Thousand- Five-Hundred Rands) per month to cover all petrol, oil and toll fees.
A further commission of 5%on the wholesaler value of all Tasly products sold during the training and or open
day sessions will be afforded to the Tasly Training Officer. This commission will be paid to the Tasly Training
Officer on a monthly basis. The Tasly Training Officer must submit the commission claim form complete with
supporting documentation. All commission submissions will be cut off on the 25
th
of each month, so that
payment can be exacted by the 30
th
of each month. A further R 150 training subsidy per day will be awarded to
the Tasly Training Officer as a training fee. This amount will also be paid monthly.

5. Annexure A is a list of pharmacies designated to this particular Tasly Training Officer. This list will be
completed and supplied by Jasper Agencies before the start.
