2013-2014
Our Place Community Ministries, a West Central Christian Outreach,
respectfully welcomes and supports our neighbors in improving their
quality of life.
Who are we?
Our Place Community Ministries started in 1987, when a group of
area churches were so besieged with urgent requests for food and
other necessities they decided to combine their resources through
one Center.
We provide emergency services of food, hygiene products,
clothing, household necessities, bus tokens and utility assistance
for free. We have an on-site laundry center, also free of charge.
Our Place teaches classes to help clients find long-term solutions
to their poverty and move toward self-sufficiency.
This resource guide is designed to help you find other
resources that we may not offer at Our Place, but we are
partnered with. You will find everything from employment services
to emergency housing in this guide.
